摘要: | 本研究旨在探討大學生對「個性化告別式」接受態度及服務內涵看法之現況,並分析不同背景的大學生對於「個性化告別式」的接受度與意願度之差異情形,以及對於「個性化告別式」服務內涵的使用傾向。 本研究以98學年度就讀於全國105所大學院校學生為研究對象,抽取12所大學,共1200人為研究樣本,有效樣本892人,有效回收率74%。取得所得資料後,透過描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定等統計方法加以處理。 根據研究發現,歸納研究結論如下:一、大學生對「個性化告別式」的接受度之結果偏向正向。二、大學生對「個性化告別式」的意願度之結果偏向正向。三、大學生自身遭遇到死亡問題時,對於「個性化告別式」的意願度偏向正向。四、大學生在家中親友遭遇到死亡問題時,對於「個性化告別式」的意願度偏向正向。五、大學生對於「個性化告別式」之服務內涵題項,希望使用選項未達顯著-單選題。六、大學生對於「個性化告別式」之服務內涵題項,希望使用選項達顯著-複選題。七、不同背景變項在大學生對於「個性化告別式」之接受度未達顯著。八、不同背景變項在大學生對於「個性化告別式」之意願度未達顯著。九、不同背景變項在大學生對於「個性化告別式」服務內涵達顯著。 本研究依據研究結果,提出建議供、學校、相關教育單位及未來研究者參考。 The purpose of the study was to investigate college students’ attitude toward acceptance and views of service content for “Individuation Funeral”, and analyzed the different background of college students’ difference situation between the acceptance and willingness for “Individuation Funeral”, and use tendency of service content for “Individuation Funeral. The study took the students who studied in 105 universities in 2009 academic year a sample there was 12 universities to be elected. A total of study sample was 1200 students. The valid sample was 892 students and the recovery rate was74 percent. After obtaining the information, it was presented by description statistical analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, χ-square test, and other statistical methods. According the study, conclusion summarized as follow: 1.The result of students’ acceptance for “Individuation Funeral” was positive. 2. The result of students’ willingness for“Individuation Funeral” was positive.3. When the students encountered the problem of death, their willingness for “Individuation Funeral” was positive.4. When students encountered the problem of relatives’ death, their willingness for “Individuation Funeral” was positive.5.The item of service content for “Individuation Funeral”, the option of hope to use was less than significant-multiple choice.6. The item of service content for “Individuation Funeral”, the option of hope to use was significant-multiple choices7. With different background, students’ acceptance for “Individuation Funeral” wasless than significant.8. With different background, students’ willingness for “Individuation Funeral” was less than significant.9. With different background, students’ service content for “Individuation Funeral” was significant. Based on the result, the study provided suggestions for schools, related educational institutions and researchers to consult. |
