    Abstract:   長久以來,班級經營一直是學生家長及學校教師關注的焦點,而影響班級經營效能的相關變數繁多,然而現今對於班級經營效能的研究方法常使用一般社會科學的靜態研究,對於複雜與環環相扣的動態現象則欠缺討論。因此,本研究嘗試建構出有關班級經營效能的動態系統來進行非靜態的討論。   本研究模擬的結果發現,教師教學熱忱、教師成就感及教師壓力皆與班級經營效能有著交互影響的關係。此外,課堂秩序的好壞,會影響教師教學熱忱和教學品質。再者,本研究已成功地將長期以來對班級經營效能僅限於在靜態探討的情況推廣到動態探討的層次,並使本研究更貼近實際的現況。   此外,本研究乃運用Vensim套裝軟體進行動態系統模型的構建與動態模擬,因此本研究具有高度的重現特性,亦即當現況發生改變時,只要將其系統輸入參數加以修改可輕易地模擬系統的行為並進行分析比較將班級經營效能的研究推廣到動態的層次進行探討分析。因此,本研究模擬的結果將提供有價值的參考建議,供決策者參考。
      The management efficacy of classroom always plays a focual consideration for teachers and parents, and there exists lots of variables to affect it. Based on these variables, this study tries to investigate a system dynamic model of the management efficacy of classroom to conduct discussion.   The simulated results shows that both teacher’s achievement and teaching enthusiasm have positive relations for the management efficacy of classroom. Besides, the teacher’s teaching enthusiasm would be raised if the students’ learning efficacy can be feedback. Most of past researchers dealing with the discussion of the management efficacy of classroom adopts the static approach.In fact, the management efficacy of classroom should be discussed practically by the dynamic approach. Thus, this work applies the system dynamics, vensims packaged software, to conduct the dynamic investigations and model construction, and therefore promote the management efficacy of classroom to dynamic level. The simulation results of this work would provide a valuable referenced suggestions to decision makers with profound insights.
