摘要: | 員工是企業最寶貝的資產,有幸福的員工才有一流的競爭力。因為,員工投入工作的熱忱,就決定了企業的競爭力。然而,要讓員工有幸福感,光有福利措施是不夠的,企業文化更是一項重要要素,包括對員工的尊重、主管的領導風格、自我發揮空間、公平的升遷制度等。本研究探討領導風格、人格特質、升遷制度與工作滿足之關係,以了解影響升遷制度與工作滿足之領導風格因素、人格特質因素以及升遷制度對領導風格與工作滿足關係之中介角色。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以自來水第五區管理處員工為研究對象,並採用SPSS軟體作為統計分析之工具,針對樣本資料做因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、迴歸分析;彙整本研究主要發現如下:1. 不同個人特徵變項(性別)在領導風格、人格特質、升遷制度與工作滿足均無顯著差異。2. 領導風格、人格特質、升遷制度與工作滿足之間有顯著相關。3. 領導風格、人格特質、升遷制度與工作滿足之間有顯著影響。4. 升遷制度具中介效果。 The staff is the most precious assets of the enterprises. Having joyful staff is the premise of owning competitiveness because the competitiveness of enterprises depends on the enthusiasm of its staff. Nevertheless, only welfare policies are not enough to make happiness. What’s crucial is the culture of enterprises, including the esteem to staff, the leading style, the room for self expression and a fare transferred and promoted system. This research would discuss the relationship of leading style, transferred and promoted system and work satisfaction to realize how leading style infect the other, as well as the medium role which transferred and promoted system play between the other. This study used questionnaires to investigate the staff of the Fifth Branch of the water company as the research object, and adopted as a statistical analysis tools- spss software for sample to do factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, test analysis of variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis.From this study were as follows:1. There’s no obvious difference between the gender of one on leading style, personality, ransferred and promoted system and work satisfaction. 2. Leading style, personality, ransferred and promoted system have obvious relationship with work satisfaction.3.Leading style, personality, ransferred and promoted system have obvious influence with work satisfaction.4.Transferred and promoted system has the Mediating Effects |
