    Abstract:   本研究探討剛好及時生產下雙邊生產線平衡(Two-sided assembly line balancing, TALB)之工作負荷平滑化(TypeⅢ)問題。過去許多學者在研究雙邊生產線平衡(Assembly line balancing, ALB)問題時,大多並未研究到工作負荷平滑度(workload smoothness)與剛好及時(Just in time, JIT)生產,並加入考量TALB問題之研究。因此,本研究將建構一個整數非線性規劃(Integer nonlinear programming, INLP)數學模式用來處理TALB之TypeⅢ問題。而TypeⅢ問題所要追求的是最小工作負荷平滑度,也就是能平均分配時間到每一個工作站裡面,而要怎麼追求這個目標,必須要能審慎規劃其工作單元的配置。   本研究建構上述數學模式並藉由LINGO 9.0套裝軟體內建的Global Solver進行全域最佳解的求解,並嘗試將各工作站進行工作平均分配的考量,使製造者不至於過度使用某工作站與忽略某工作站的使用度以錯失生產率及獲利。另外,本研究透過套裝軟體進行規模,因此具有高度的重現特性,在生產實務應用上,實為一有價值的決策案例。
      This study discusses the workload smoothness (Type III) of two-sided assembly line balancing (TALB) problem. Many former researchers studies about Two-sides assembly line balancing, most do not consideration of the workload smoothness and just in time (JIT) and moreover TALB problem. Therefore, this study tries to construct an Integer Nonlinear Programming (INLP) mathematical model to handle the Type III problem of TALB.   The mathematical model proposed in this paper are constructed by the syntax of Lingo 9.0, and the built-in “global solver” is selected as the solving method to conduct the searching of global optimum solutions. Therefore, the TypeⅢ of TALB for optimal distribution by the mathematical models proposed in this study to be solved. This study creates a highly repeated characteristic because of the adoption of Lingo 9.0 packaged software. Based on the above-mentioned reason, this study can be considered as a valuable decision tool for a production planner with profound insights.
