    Abstract:   「社會企業」是一個創新的概念,於1970年代率先出現在歐美國家,並在1980年代推展至台灣。由於社會企業同時擁有非營利組織及營利組織的特質,因此不僅被非營利組織視為因應組織經營困境轉型策略,也讓許多有志創業的營利組織成員,將其視為自助助人的創業工具。本研究以「光原社會企業股份有限公司」為研究案例,從實務面探究及解析社會企業在台灣創立的過程,以進一步瞭解團隊成員如何解決與面對創設過程所遭遇的困難。   本研究綜合相關文獻,以知識創造觀點探討光原社會企業從無到有的發展過程,並藉由個案研究,透過次級資料蒐集和整理,以及深度訪談等方法探討成員間如何進行知識創造、交換與建立共識,同時在過程中成員間所面臨的困境與相關問題的解決之道等。另一方面,由於知識創造的過程,也是一種擴散的行為,因此本研究亦以創新擴散模式來看在光原社會企業之團隊成員在知識創造的過程,是何種因素促使有關概念之成功擴散或遭遇失敗。   本研究發現,光原社會企業本質上是一家企業公司,其透過商業行為,創造社會附加價值,但光原社會企業的成立源自於瑪納有機生活促進協會的催生。換句話而言,光原社會企業是瑪納協會以社會創新的概念,創造光原社會企業。從知識創造的觀點來看,光原社會企業展示了Nonaka與Takeuchi所提到的知識轉換的四個模式,同時也應證了組織知識創造的五個階段,並非一個線型過程,而是一個循環和重複的過程,而且每一次都是從分享知識開始,再以分享的經驗為基礎創造概念和成型,而有關概念和成型都必須再經由組織目標加以確認。每一個過程,時間和溝通是重要的,因為時間讓每個過程產生互動,知識創造的螺旋才得以轉動,團隊成員藉由溝通管道進行概念的創造,並再次透過時間確認有關概念的可行性。   社會企業的創立過程,除了內部組織成員對使命的堅持外,仍需與外部環境資源的結合,而資源除了資金外,也包括市場和技術等,由於社會企業以商業行為解決社會問題,其發展能為弱勢群體創造就業機會,同時帶動社區發展,因此社會企業的發展對國家而言是正面多於反面,但目前社會企業的發展在台灣仍處於起步期,在認知與制度上,還有賴於社會、學術研究單位、及政府等民間單位共同確認,使社會企業概念在未來的發展能更為明確。
      Social enterprise is a new concept originated in Europe at 1970s. In 1980s, this concept was introduced in Taiwan. Social Enterprise has the idiosyncratic of profit and nonprofit organization, thus it has been viewed as the transformation strategy for nonprofit organization. This study, use Aurora Social Enterprise Co, Ltd as the case study, explores the formation and development of social enterprise in Taiwan, and the problem faced.    A comprehensive study on the literatures were conducted to explore the development of Aurora Social enterprise Co. Ltd. Secondary data collection and interview were used as the data collection method, where the knowledge creation of social enterprise and its consensus were identified, meanwhile the problem faced and it solution also were explored in this study. Knowledge creation is a kind of diffusion process; therefore, a diffusion of innovation method was also employed in this study to understand the development process and its success factor.    Some of findings at this research follows, Aurora Social enterprise Co. Ltd is the business company whose originated from Manna Organic Life Association and through its business activity to create social value. In another word, Aurora Social enterprise Co. Ltd is the formation of social innovation concept. Aurora Social enterprise Co. Ltd. has demonstrated the four knowledge creation transformations as identified by Nonaka and Takeuchi. Again, the five stages of knowledge creation were also verified in this study, where the knowledge creation is a repetitive process. The process started with the knowledge sharing, again with shared experience creating concept and base, these concepts will be verified by organization’s goals. In the knowledge creation process, time and communication are important in the process interaction and knowledge creation. Thru the time, these concepts will be verified its feasibility.    Social enterprise development process required internal organization members’ persistent and integration of external resources such as financial support, market and technology. Due to social enterprises still using business approaches to solve social issue, the development in the Taiwan is still in the initial stage. Contrary, the social enterprise development in developing country is more positive. Further study and recognition from the social, academic study and governmental sector will help the development of social enterprise.
