摘要: | 本研究以南投縣為例,旨在了解921災後重建地區國小教師捐款動機與行為的現況 ,並探討教師的個人背景變項在捐款動機與行為上的差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,以南投縣公立國民小學教師為研究對象,發出紙本問卷342份,共回收338份,有效問卷331份,佔所有發放問卷的97%。主要的研究發現包括:一、在捐款動機的六個層面表現上,以「利他性」層面的表現位居第一,以「認同性」層面的表現位居第二,以「外在性」層面的表現位居最後。二、填答教師的捐款習慣以「不定期捐款」為主,每年的捐款金額集中在「4000元以下」,主要的捐款對象為「急難救助類」,主要的捐款管道為「交由親戚朋友或同事轉交」,在曾經捐款給哪些重大災難方面,以捐款給「921集集大地震」的人數最多。三、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「子女數」、「家庭月收入」、「宗教信仰」、「擔任幾個NPO會員」、「有幾個家人擔任NPO的會員」、「是否已在目前學校服務」等8個變項,在捐款動機之某些層面上有顯著差異。四、「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「子女數」、「家庭月收入」、「宗教信仰」、「服務年資」、「擔任職位」、「擔任幾個NPO會員」、「有幾個家人擔任NPO的會員」、「學校類型」等11個變項,在捐款行為之某些層面上有顯著差異。 By using Nantou County as an example, the purpose of this research is to underatand the present condition, motivation and behavior of donation and to discuss the difference of personal background of teachers in the motivation and behavior of donation. The method of this research is by questionnaire survey. The teachers in public elementary school in Nantou County are objects of the study. This survey send out 342 paper questionnaires originally, 338 were recovered, and there were 331 valid questionnaires, account for 97% of the total send of questionnaires. Major findings from this study show that:(1)In donation motive six stratification plane performance, the stratification plane performance is situated by “altruistic” first, the stratification plane performance is situated by “the approval” second, the stratification plane performance is situated by “outness” finally.(2)Fills in answers teacher's donation custom by “the non-periodical donation” primarily. Every year's donation amount concentrates below “4000 Yuan”. The main donation object is “the dire distress rescue class”. The main donation pipeline is “hands over by the friends and relatives or the colleague transmits”. Which significant disaster aspect once was donating money for, donates money gives “921 volumes of big earthquakes” the population to be most.(3)“age”, “ marital status” , “children number” , “family month income” , “religious belief” , “holds the post of several NPO members” , “several family members hold the post of the NPO member” , “whether already in the present school service” and so on 8 variable in certain stratification planes has the remarkable difference in the donation motive.(4)“sex” , “age” , “ marital status” , “children number” , “family month income” , “religious belief” , “service period of service” , “holds the post of the position” , “holds the post of several NPO members” , “several family members hold the post of the NPO member” , “school type” and so on 11 variable in certain stratification planes has the remarkable difference in the donation behavior. |
