    Abstract:   本研究由學校志工參與服務的經驗著手,探討學校志工選擇參與快樂國民小學品德教育課程服務學習的動機,於服務過程中的歷程和影響,服務學習後對品德教育的看法,進入校園服務對學生、導師、學校的助益。本研究以質化研究取向,透過半結構式訪談、文獻分析,對學校志工參與品德教育課程服務學習的經驗進行研究。   根據研究發現,將結果歸納成以下六項結論:一、學校志工加入志工團隊的動機是多重的。二、學校志工參與品德教育課程服務的動機是多元的。三、學校志工參與各種訓練課程後,對提升個人的教學能力確有效果。四、學校志工參與服務後,有助於個人正向思考及行為表現。(一)自我反省與解決問題能力的提升。(二)自己變得更有自信。五、學校志工參與服務後,有助溫馨的家庭氣氛滋長。六、學校志工參與服務後,對學校、導師、學生均有不同程度上的助益。   並依據上述結論,提出以下的建議:一、未來學校應多舉辦相關父母成長課程、親職教育講座,並且提供的參加對象能擴大至整個學區的家長,而不是僅侷限於學生家長。二、建議學校應多為學校志工舉辦與輔導知能相關的研習,使之能運用於教學上或有助於對特殊的個案進行輔導。三、建議學校單位能建立課程題庫,以方便學校志工上課使用。四、未來在研究對象、服務項目,建議可探討其他類似團體或服務項目。五、建議在未來的研究場域,能擴大研究範圍。
      This research is aimed to discuss the motives, process, influences, opinions and experiences of school volunteers who joined the primary school’s Character education programs of service- learning. The qualitative research methods, includes semi-structural interviews and analysis of documents, are taken during the study on those volunteers’ experiences of participating.   Therefore, in light of the research results, some conclusions can be generalized as following:1. Their motives of joining volunteer’s group are multiple.2. Their motives of participating Character education programs of service-learning are diverse.3. After the participation of training courses, the positive effects on improving personal teaching skills can be confirmed.4. After the participation of service-learning, the personal positive thinking and behavioral expression are shown in aspects such as the improvement of self-reflection and problem-solving abilities and the establishment of self-confidence.5. The participation of service-learning is helpful to the nurturing of mildness in their families.6. The participation of service-learning is beneficial to the school, teachers and students in different aspects.   In conclusion, some suggestions are proposed as following:1. The school administration should hold more courses in relation to parents’ growth and education, so the parents in whole school’s district are allowed to join.2. The school administration should hold more training programs in relation to counseling skills and knowledge for school’s volunteers, so they can apply it on instruction and counseling of special cases.3. For the further training usage, the school administration should establish the questions bank of those courses and programs above.4. The further researching interests can be expanded to other related groups and service options as subjects.5. The field of action should be extended in the future to broaden the researching ranges
