    Abstract:   本研究旨在瞭解新移民女性在生活適應上所遭遇的問題及其產生的因素,並在參與社區大學生活輔導課程的過程中,所遭遇的困境及參與社區大學之生活輔導課程後對新移民女性生活適應影響之程度。   本研究以質性研究之半結構式訪談方式,首先透過實際與新移民女性的接觸了解及文獻的分析,設計訪談的題目,將訪談後的資料加以分析討論並與文獻對話討論後,有以下的研究發現與結論:一、 新移民女性共同的期望—脫離貧困過更好的生活。二、新移民女性未參加生活輔導班前遭遇生活適應問題:1.語言識字及溝通問題2.婆媳問題3.文化差異4.社會支持網絡薄弱問題。三、影響新移民女性生活適應問題之因素:1.結婚年數2.語言能力3.夫妻年齡的差距4.文化差異。四、新移民女性參與社區大學學習的困境:1.學習資訊的不易取得2.時間無法 配合3.老師的教學方式不適應。五、參與社區大學課程學習後生活適應情形:1.個人知能學習適應幫助很大2. 家庭適應上並無太大的影響3.社會適應上影響很大。 最後,根據上述研究發現和結論,提出建議:一、 針對新移民共同的期望-脫離貧困過更好的生活問題:政府必須正確宣導参與社區大學課程所帶來的願景和益處。二、 針對新移民女性遭遇各種生活適應問題:政府對未來社區大學課程的安排應更具貼近新移民女性,不僅是技能方面的訓練,語言上的訓練和生活價值觀的導入和融合問題更須重視。三、 針對新移民女性參與社區大學學要加強方面:1.利用多重管道宣傳開課訊息2.分級開班3.長期聘任教師4.課程安排增加美語學習及美容或烹飪課程。四、針對社區大學經營模式的探討:建議雲林社區大學由公辦公營轉為公辦民營。五、建議未來進行新移民相關研究時,可以輔以量化之問卷調查研究,增加研究 樣本,以期獲得更全面性的瞭解。六、建議未來對社區大學與新移民的學習有興趣者繼續進行更深入的探討研究。
      The purpose of this study is to understand the problems New Female Immigrants faced on life adaptation and the factors causing these problems. This study also focused on the difficulties for attending the Life Counseling Class in the Community University and the influence of the Life Counseling Class on life adaptation. This study was a qualitative research. Semi-structured interview was adopted in this research. Through contacting with New Female Immigrants and analyzing previous studies, the researcher designed interview questions and analyzed collected data. The findings were observed as follows:1. New Female Immigrants all want to have better lives.2. Before attending the Life Counseling Class, they face difficulties on life adjustment, such as problems of Chinese characters recognition, language communication between a daughter-in-law and a mother-in-law, culture differences, and their lack of social supports. 3. The factors of affecting New Female Immigrants on life adaptation are the years of marriage, language competences, age differences, and culture dissimilarities.4. The difficulties for New Female Immigrants to attend the courses in the Community University are their lack of learning information, not available, and having problems toward the teacher’s lecture.5. New Female Immigrants found great influences on learning and social adjustment after attending the Life Counseling Class, but few on family life adaptation.   Based on the findings, the study provides some suggestions. First, our government can promote the visions and benefits of attending the courses in the Community University. Second, our government can not only provide the skills training courses but also pay more attention on the language learning and life values formation and integration. Third, the Community University can promote courses information through multi media, provide different levels courses and subjects, such as English learning, beauty caring or cooking, and hire long-term teachers. Fourth, the role of the operation and management of Yunlin Community University can be changed into the Build-Operate-Transfer mode. Fifth, a quantitative survey can be added in the future researches. A bigger sample size may provide broader results. Sixth, for researchers, it is worth having further in-depth studies about the relationship between the Community University and the learning situation of New Female Immigrants
