    Abstract:   本論文是結合田野的深入訪談和歷史文獻的考察,配合多元化的田野調查經驗,探討「雲林縣麥寮鄉興華村」地方居民,其承載著農業產業之深層記憶,並且在「台灣生菜村」與「美生菜」的具體實踐中,整合出一個描述「社區型農業發展」之世界觀模式。從雲林縣麥寮鄉興華村民眾,藉由對村莊整體產業與文化的深層意涵,經由「台灣生菜村」、「美生菜」與「興華村」,塑造出「社區型農業發展」的典範秩序,也型塑了「農業發展模式」完整的地方產業展演意義。對「興華村」的世界觀農業發展整體知識,去釋讀這個「社區型農業發展」與傳統的農業產業之互動,並透過不同的過程中去建構對於「社區型農業」發展模式之理解,以及農民組織互動關係之整合。   本論文之研究內容,共可分為三個主要部份,其內容概述如下:一、探討對「雲林縣麥寮鄉興華村」農業發展模式,是地方居民對於生存危機,追求生命安全的結果。二、探討「雲林縣麥寮鄉興華村」社區型農業的發展模式,是地方居民對於農業發展顯現在生活深刻的經驗記憶,追求開展改造效益。三、社區型農業的模式,是地方居民在建構生活世界詮釋的呈現,就是在談論農業發展的生活世界與宇宙結構。   本文共分五章。第一章緒論,第二章興華村社區農業脈絡探索,第三章社區型之農業發展模式,第四章社區型農業在興華村趨勢與未來方向,第五章結論。關鍵字:社區型農業,農業發展,發展模式,美生菜,健康指標
      This research applies the methods of thorough interviews and the study of historical documents, as well as various experiences of field investigation, to explore the deep memories of residents of Singhua Village in Mailiao Township, Yunlin County about Agriculture. Furthermore, through the practical implementation of “Taiwan Lettuce Village” and “Cabbage Lettuce,” this research develops a pattern with world view to describe “Community-based Agricultural Development.” Residents of Singhua Village created a pattern of “Community-based Agricultural Development” by combining the village industries with deep cultural experiences. Through the implementation of “Taiwan Lettuce Village,” “Cabbage Lettuce,” and “Singhua Village,” they built a good pattern of “Community-based Agricultural Development” and showed a perfect pattern of presentation of complete local industry with the idea of “Pattern of Agricultural development.” This research is to explore the thorough knowledge of the world-view agricultural development of “Singhua Village,” and to explain the interaction between this “Community-based Agricultural Development” and traditional agricultural industries. Through various investigations, this research constructs the understanding of the Pattern of “Community-based Agricultural Development” and integrates the whole knowledge of the interaction of farmer’s associations.   This research consists of three main parts. The summaries are:1. To explore the pattern of the agricultural development of Singhua Village and make a conclusion that it results from the residents’ awareness of life crisis and the pursuit of safety.2. To explore the pattern of agricultural development of Singhua Village and make a conclusion that it results from the residents’ pursuit of better efficiency and more profit by finding ways through the deep memories about agriculture in their life.3. The pattern of “Community-based Agricultural Development” is the presentation of the residents’ construction of their living world. It refers to the life world and the structure of universe of agricultural development.   This thesis consists of five paragraphs. The first paragraph is the general introduction. The second paragraph is the exploration of the community-based agriculture of Singhua Village. The third paragraph explores the pattern of “Community-based Agricultural Development.” The fourth paragraph discusses the trend and future direction of Singhua Village’s community-based agriculture. The fifth paragraph is the conclusion.
