摘要: | 本研究旨在探討國中生課業壓力與休閒活動種類參與頻率之關係及對於學業成就的影響,並檢驗家人支持與背景變項(性別、年級、家庭型態、父母教育程度、父母職業)是否具有調節效果。本研究受試對象為雲林縣立斗六國中全體學生,母群體人數有2255人,採分層隨機抽樣發放問卷共得有效問卷426份。本研究休閒活動類型分為旅遊消費、社交閒逸、體育運動、居家知性、科技娛樂、戶外社交等六類型。資料分析方式包括次數分配、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、因素分析、路徑分析考驗等方法。結果顯示:(一)單親家庭之學生課業壓力較高;而家人支持程度較低。(二)父母職業為軍公教之學生課業壓力、家人支持程度較高;而父母教育程度高者學生成績表現較佳。(三)七年級生之家人支持優於八、九年級。(四)家人支持程度的高低分別對課業壓力與休閒活動參與頻率產生調節作用。(五)學業成就表現佳之學生常參與的休閒活動為居家知性型,學業成就表現差之學生常參與的休閒活動為科技娛樂型。 最後依據研究結果討論並推測其原因,分別針對父母、學校教師、教育行政單位及未來後續研究提出相關建議,期望能對充實國中生的休閒活動、抒解其課業壓力、增進家人支持有所助益。 This study aimed to investigate the student’s academic stress and leisure activity categories involved in the relationship between the frequency and influence of academic achievement, and tested whether the family support and background variables (gender, grade, family type, parental education, and parental occupation) have a moderating effect. The tested subjects were junior Yunlin County Touliu students, the population was 2255 people, a total of 426 questionnaires by stratified random sample of questionnaires were received. The 6 types of leisure activities in this investigation including tourism consumption, social leisurely, sports, home intellectual, scientific and technological entertainment. Data analysis methods, including frequency distribution, t test, single factor ANOVA, factor analysis and path analysis tests.The results showed:(1) Students of single-parent families have higher academic stress; and less family support.(2) Students of parents with military or government career have higher academic stress and family support; otherwise the academic performance of students of the higher education level parents is better.(3) The family support of the seventh grade is better than eight or nine grades.(4) The level of family support moderates the extent of academic stress and leisure activity participation frequency.(5) Students with good performance in academic achievement often participate in leisure activities for the Home-based intellectual, but students with poor academic performance often participate in leisure activities for the technologic entertainment. Finally, according to research and discussed, we proposed suggestions to parents, school teachers, educational authorities respectively for future research, and it will help to enrich the junior high school students on leisure activities, relieving the academic pressure, increase family support. |
