Abstract:	幾乎所有的食品、藥品、花卉等產品的新鮮度皆會影響其消費效用，甚至影響消費者的安全健康。尤其是非常容易引起醫療糾紛的疫苗更是如此，由於產品製造者與產品消費者對於產品食用或使用之安全性評估的資訊不對稱，使得消費者往往只能憑藉自己對產品的潛在需求，以及產品的製造日期與有效使用的截止日期，間接衡量在當時價格下購買產品的最適購買量。對產品需求者而言，若要確保其購入貨品具新鮮時效性，則其最適合的方式為採行完全預購式之訂貨方式（參見本人著作表列第110 及第116 篇論文）。對貨品供給者而言，若要確保其產出貨品具新鮮時效性則其最適合的生產方式為訂單式生產方式，即先接訂單確保需求時點及數量後再規劃生產（參見本人著作表列第103、104 及107 篇論文）。雖然現有存貨模式爲數甚多，但尚未發現能將具新鮮度屬性帶入其中的存貨模式；更缺乏能以新鮮度為主題，作“適切”而具體討論的數學模式。這裡所謂的“適切”乃是用來反應截至目前為止，以新鮮性為名之存貨的數學處理，皆將此具新鮮性產品以退化性方式處理。所謂退化性（deteriorate）方式處理，乃指產品數量是隨著時間而減少（如汽油因揮發而量減）；而不是產品隨著時間而產生新鮮度的質變，進而影響消費者的購買意願。本計畫是針對具新鮮度之產品如食品、花卉、藥品等產品的購買（或生產）的存貨問題，製作成一個可具體討論的數學模式，透過最佳解屬性及其敏感度分析，期望發現某些可以有效幫助這類產品做好存貨決策的性質。 The freshness of almost every food, medicine and flowers will affect the consumption effect and even affect the health and safety of the users, especially for the vaccine which results in the medical dispute very easily, Because the product producers and users (consumers) have the unsymmetrical information for the safety evaluation of product edibility and use, consumers judge indirectly and buy the proper amount of products with the price at that time according to their own potential demands fox the product, product manufacture date and deadline. For products demanders are concerned, if we want to ensure the goods with fresh and timely, the most suitable way is full adoption of futures-style way of ordering (see my paper lists from 110 to 116). For the goods suppliers are concerned, to ensure its output with new time-sensitive goods are the most suitable way for production, that is, first orders can ensure the timing and quantity of demand in the planning of production (see paper list from 103, 104 and 107.) .Though there are a lot of stock models, the one which could involve in the freshness character could hardly be found, let alone the mathematics model with the theme of freshness and appropriate concrete discussion., The “appropriate” here means to reflect the mathematic process of the stock in the name of freshness up to now and to deal with the product with freshness by the way of deteriorate. The so-called process way of deteriorate means that the number of products decreases with time (ex. The gasoline decreases due to evaporation) rather than gives rise to the change of freshness with time and then affect the consumers’ purchase intentions. This project aims at the stock problems with freshness, such as milk, flowers and medicine, It tries to make a discussible mathematics model, It also expects to find some qualities which could be helpful fox this kind of products and make stock polices by means of the optimal solution properties and sensitive analysis.
