本研究係以中國大陸最近所宣佈的兩項重大文化政策為研究內容,其一是有關大 陸影視結構之「限娛令」,另一則是有關在中央電視台專闢時段以播出「兩岸合拍劇」 的規定。本研究的主題是探討文化政策對於影視產業的實質影響,特別是這兩項文化 政策都影響著「大中華區域媒體市場」的運作,對於該區域市場中的影視產業可能會 有輕重不一的影響,但是這都必須等待這兩項文化政策正式施行後,才能得知。文化 政策的本質,包括政治層面與經濟層面,而這兩者都會對於兩岸的影視產業產生衝擊, 因而本研究意欲透過文獻蒐集、田野調查、深度訪談等方式,與相關產業人員互動訪 談,藉此了解這兩項政策在「大中華區域媒體市場」如何發生影響,及其影響的層面 與深度,如何造成兩岸影視產業的流動與轉變。 This research project aims to explore the impacts of China recently announced two major cultural policies, one is on the cutback the mainland TV entertainment, and the other is to open a special slot on the CCTV to broadcast the cross-strait co-production dramas. The importance of this study is to showcase how the cultural policy can bring the real influences to the media industry, especially these two cultural policies have a unknown effects on "the Greater China regional media market." The operation of these two cultural policies may have different impacts to the regional media industries, but it could be understood only after these two cultural policies have been taken into effect for a period of time. The nature of cultural policy, including political and economic aspects, and both of which will influence the cross-strait media industries. Therefore this research project intends through data collecting , field surveys and in-depth interviews to interact with the personnel who really worked in the media industries, then we can really understand of how these two cultural policies impact “the Greater China regional media market."
