    摘要: 隨著社會進步,人們對於口腔保健的問題越來越重視,因而對於相關知識的需求也越來越殷切。近年來,人們已廣泛地利用各種行動設備,尤其是日常使用的手機,來與網際網路相連接,以隨時獲取所需的知識與訊息;此外,隨著阿凡達電影的熱賣,牙醫界則興起利用3D的造影技術,為病患進行診斷,以期在溝通時能夠提供病患更精確的醫療資訊。因此,如何進一步將口腔的保健資訊以3D的方式,生動地呈現在人們日常的手機上,以滿足民眾對於精確、即時的口腔保健知識與訊息的需求,乃成為當前口腔醫療領域與資訊廠商關注的重點。本計畫擬以3Ds MAX來繪製口腔衛教的3D模型,並利用Google App Engine(GAE)作為開發基礎,在網際網路上建置一3D衛教動畫遊戲的展示平台,透過此一雲端服務,使用者不但可以隨時隨地透過手持式終端行動裝置,輕鬆獲取有關口腔衛教的知識與訊息,同時經由生動的3D呈現方式,讓其更為精確地掌握口腔衛教的知識內容。
    With the development of society, people have paid much attention to oral health care and great demand for related knowledge and information. In recent years, people are used to use mobile devices, especially mobile phone, to connect to the Internet and obtain the information they need. Besides, with the popularity of the film Avatar, dentists start to make medical diagnosis and provide patients with precise oral health care information by 3D images and technology. Therefore, how to use mobile devices and 3D technology to provide people with living and real-time oral health care information to meet their demand has become a main concern of oral health carers and IT companies. This study is going to use 3Ds MAX to construct oral health care 3D models. Also, based on Google App Engine (GAE), we develop a platform in the Internet to demonstrate these 3D models. Through the cloud services, users cannot only use mobile devices to obtain the oral health care knowledge and information easily, but also they can understand these content deeply and precisely with the help of 3D technology.
