    Abstract: 錢鍾書先生與呂本中相差了八百餘年，對於｢活法｣的概念會不會因為時間、文化背景的轉移而有所改變，呂本中在當時提倡的｢活法｣是為了拯救江西續派的弊端，站在黃庭堅｢詩法｣的基礎上承襲、甚至是再現黃庭堅的｢心悟｣。穿越時空的錢鍾書先生對於｢活法｣的概念其實與呂本中相去不遠，其也肯定江西詩派在宋代具有劃時代的意義。他們都強調飽讀詩書的重要性，學富五車才能使視野寬廣，並重視人｢心｣的體悟，這樣才有能力選擇與創新。錢鍾書先生可以說是超越呂本中，深入｢活法｣，明確的說出｢法｣並沒有死活可言，而是在於人的參悟。
