在彌漫於遷村的浪潮中,強烈的感受到居民不安,及不信任的內心吶喊,希望各媒體、政府單位及執行單位能平反他們愛家鄉及保護先民草創時期遺留下來的聚落。然行政院長張俊雄表示﹐希望盡速完成高雄紅毛港遷村﹐以建造BOT洲際貨櫃場所﹐若遷村未盡速完成﹐將影響BOT碼頭建置時程﹐造成國內經濟損失﹐希望交通部配合高雄市政府盡速進行。這一聲令下對居民更是雪上加霜,眼看整個完整的古建築聚落將在地平線上消失,居民內心的不捨與婉惜猶然而生。 在十年前,筆者搭船進入漁港時就被此地純樸的民居生活及具有地方歷史特色的「土角厝」,三合院、中日合壁建築,反映閩南式民宅傳統古厝深深吸引,並拿起相機對人、事、物以寫實記錄方式,從陌生到熟悉;從排斥到接受,這一路來陪著居民抗議、小組研討會議、古物保存收集、及古建築、街道沒有當初的堅持及克服任何困難的毅立,如今的紅毛港可以用滿地瘡痍、宛如垃圾場,當地居民每天生活在天搖地動的恐懼中(因每打掉一間建築,怪手振動頻率大而強),民怨聲響、求救無門,筆者希望能為當地居民盡微薄之力,以影像及論文探討方式保存原味詳細紀錄。 以人口密集度來看高雄由於各大都市計畫完成及建設、城鄉建設都市化,聚落的建築延伸發展,而紅毛港聚落經歷著產業蕭條,人口外移,漁業受限,逐漸成為一個被人遺忘的村落。從文化的角度來看,紅毛港有豐富的人文背景完整的聚落建築,老舊的房舍與流線形態的街巷,完整的保存著台灣聚落空間建築的原始風貌,以美學角度分析紅毛港建築形式,是本論文主要的探討目標。 Due to the demand of village relocation from the government, the residents of Hung-Mao Harbor have declared their frustration and disappointment to the city government of KaoHsiung. For the sake of the BOT contract, to raise up our economic situation, Premier Chang announced his resolution of tearing down the legacy of this village, which thus broken the hearts of its inhabitants. Researcher was moved by this beautiful and classic village ten years ago. Those matters around this small village were no longer strange to the researcher now. Through photo shooting and recording, we may know the huge change ever since the first house had been torn down. The scenery is no longer beauty and the people lived there are no more happy. The purpose of this study thus turns out to be a proof to the crucial situation that those people had been through. Moreover, it’s our duty to keep and preserve those are significant to our modern society. The rich culture background of this village, though is degrading into a no more splendid, rich and commercial one, posses its unique lines of constructions, featured alleys and inspirational style. A worthy work for generations to appreciate and memorized. Therefore, the goal of this thesis will focus on the discussion of its architecture style from an esthetic point of view.
