企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning , ERP)系統是支援公司營運作業的主要應用系統,其目的在整合企業流程以確保企業之競爭優勢。然而,企業使用ERP,卻存在許多失敗案例。值得注意的是,企業使用ERP系統,主要強調透過資訊系統使部門間的工作流程達到整合。然而,跨部門工作整合,則深深依賴在全體員工對組織運作共同目標的認同。因此,從員工工作心理對組織運作目標的認同,在員工使用ERP系統進行作業流程整合,是極為重要的。本研究以社會認知理論觀點出發探討組織自主性及組織公平等組織環境因素,對員工個人之責任感、組織承諾及心理契約之影響,並進而影響員工使用ERP進行組織所賦予工作。本研究以問卷調查法對國內使用ERP系統的企業進行調查,研究發現上述研究構面對企業員工使用ERP進行組織所賦予之工作有顯著影響且對行為之解釋變異達40%。 Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) are the integrated information systems that organizations used to manage internal and external resources for the purpose of facilitating the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization and manage the connections to outside stakeholders. However, the investment of ERP has seen a number of disappointments. We postulate that its emphasis of consolidate all business operations into a uniform and enterprise-wide system environment need all employees committee to the organization goal as a whole. In this paper, we propose a theoretical framework that base on the concept of Social Cognitive Theory to test environmental factors such as: organizational equity, job autonomy in effect on personal psychology (organizational commitment and psychological contract) and further affect the ERP usage for jog assignments. The results provide strong support for all hypotheses and account for 40% of the variance in ERP usage.
