網際網路的快速發展以及電子商務相關技術成熟下,改變人們的消費習慣,由傳統面對面的交易方式轉變為網路拍賣。傳統的網路拍賣欲與賣方議價,必須透過留言的方式進行,買方將理想價格留言至賣方,接著等待賣方回應,倘若賣方回應的時間過長,買方交易成本相對提高。 本研究將透過模糊理論基本概念進行議價價格訂定,透過賣方設立賣場所設定之相關議價參數進行模糊化、模糊規則、模糊推論、解模糊化的步驟後回應買方,使買方不需再等待賣方在線回應,即時得到賣方接受的價格。為了實現現實生活中一來一往的議價行為,本議價系統買方不需輸入相關參數,只需要在進行議價時輸入欲購買之價格即可,讓系統更真實化呈現。 People’s spending habit was changed via the rapid development of internet and related techniques of electronic commerce. The trading methods has transferred from face-to-face to auction. Traditional auctions want to intend the negotiation with sellers that must conduct via leaving a message. Buyers leave a rational price message to sellers and wait for sellers’ responses. If sellers’ responses take a long time and the trading costs of buyers would relatively increase. My research is to set up the prices of negotiation via the basic concept of rule evaluation and conduct the fuzzification, fuzzy rule, rule evaluation, defuzzification by rational negotiation indexes set up through sellers markets. Buyers can receive the acceptable prices instantly from seller instead of waiting for sellers log in. In order to fulfill the two-way negotiation behavior, our negotiation system lets buyers unnecessary to enter rational indexes and only need to enter the buying price during negotiation process and make the system more practice.
