車輛在動態的配送環境中,可能會遇到正在配送時所產生臨時配送的需求,若能事先獲得即時路況資訊、旅行時間、及旅行最佳路徑規劃,對車輛配送來說,便可以提升配送效率。本論文主要是在車輛配送的動態環境中,管理者先將所有配送需求點以區域劃分,並且將所劃分的配送需求點指派給若干位人員去進行配送,同時也將配送點的資訊儲存於雲端中。若管理者臨時獲得新的配送需求點時,可先透過即時定位系統,利用手機抓取使用者目前位置,來取得車輛即時位置的資訊,再將新的配送點指派給最適當的人員去進行配送。管理者不僅可透過即時定位來監控車輛,達到業者想即時掌握出勤車輛及人員的動態外,在動態配送的環境中,亦可透過動態的指派在動態配送過程中增加人員配送效率和方便性。 而使用者可透過系統使用高公局的即時路況資料,將車流量、車速以及即時定位到的起點座標等這些資訊套入動態分配模型 (3-Dimensional-ASsignment,3DAS)的模式中,並建立預測動態系統模型,去預測該動態旅行的時間、車流量及其可旅行的最佳動態路徑,這些方法皆可應用於動態配送的問題,使車輛在動態配送過程中可避開繞遠路及車輛壅塞的問題。最後,本研究所建構的系統將能被企業運用在解決動態配送的問題上。 When the vehicles are in the dynamically delivering environment, they might face some new deliveries. It is challengeable for enterprises to deal with these new orders instantly and then satisfy their customers' requirement. This thesis discusses the dynamic delivery environment and proposes a system framework to tackle this problem on the cloud platform. Managers could assign the locations to dedicated employees based on their own responsible zone. When the managers need to process the new orders, they could check who is the suitable employee to take care of this new order according to their current location. In terms of the employee, they would use the mobile device to retrieve the locations, obtain the optimized routing sequence, as well as the receiving dynamic routing assignments. Furthermore, in order to estimate more accurate travel time, this study retrieves the real-time traffic information from National Freeway Bureau first, including the information of traffic flow, speed and coordinates. These useful data are set into the formula of 3-Dimensional-Assignment (3DAS) to build a model which predicts the traveling time, traffic flow, and the best travel path. These could be applicable in dynamical delivery system. Managers not only to monitor the vehicles through real-time positioning, the industry would like to immediately grasp the dynamics of vehicles and personnel attendance, the distribution in the dynamic environment, can also be dynamically assigned on the dynamic distribution of the distribution process to increase staff efficiency and convenience and to avoid the traffic jam. Finally, this proposed system framework could be used in the enterprises who encounter the dynamic delivery problem.
