According to the relevant studies, we understand the process and development of organizational learning in schools and educational institutions (Senge, 2000). In this research, in order to provide more insights on learning and knowledge creations in schools, I focus on the process of organizational learning, which is individual learning, and group learning. I take a school as an organization to investigate the effects of learning. The data was collected in Nanhua University, to see the influence of student's individual learning, group learning and social interactions on knowledge creations and innovation. In practical studies, newspapers and magazines also have relevant reports to demonstrate the importance of knowledge creations and skills development in schools. Therefore, in this study, the interviews and questionnaires was conducted in Schools of Arts in Nanhua University which emphasizes innovations and new knowledge creations in their courses. Enable to investigate the impact of learning on knowledge sharing and development. The hypothesis of this study includes four points. First, well individual learning comes with better knowledge creation and innovation. Second, well social interactions come with better knowledge creation and innovation. Third, well individual learning and social interactions bring along better knowledge creation and innovation. Through the questionnaire of "The relationship among individual learning, social networks and knowledge creation", we find out that individual learning and personal social networks significantly impact knowledge creation and innovation. Also, the study discovers that knowledge creation and innovation could also influence the motivation of individual learning. Thus, the result of this study not only presents the influences of learning on knowledge creation but also shows the importance of individual learning, relational effects on group learning and trust. The further qualitative research could focus on these points in future studies. |
