由於高齡化社會趨勢，高齡者的問題已是不可避免的一大課題，善用現有之科技與技術，對於高齡者的生活上有實質的幫助。這些具體的協助有助於對高齡者生、心理層次的落實。根據統計，每年約有三分之一的老人會發生跌倒的意外傷害，由此可見，跌倒已成為老人生活中容易遭遇的困擾，然而高齡者如何從眾多輔行具中挑選出適當的輔行具適用於生活環境中，為改變高齡者行動的方便，以支援高齡者維持獨立自主的生活，是一項急待改善的問題。本研究主要目的如下：（1）探討通用市售四款輔行具操作的功能特徵、優劣勢；（2）舒適度；（3）安全性；（4）使用性評價；（5）實際觀察與訪談高齡者，了解高齡者在行走移動時的必要需求，並整合高齡者的期望。經問卷統計分析後獲取研究結論，本研究的高齡者輔行具使用評價方法，希望有助於業者從事使用需求評估，並顧及高齡者學習操作輔行具的諸多問題。 In terms of advanced age society, the problem of advanced age is become an important issue; Therefore, This study attempt to use present science and technology tools to help old people. The specific assistant is helpful for advanced age’s body and heart. According to statistics, about one third old people will fall down and get hurt every year, so how to choose appropriate auxiliary means to support advanced age to live alone is an important problem. In this study, (1) exploring four assistant tool’s function and its’ fit and unfit quality, and evaluation after using. (2) comfortable (3) security (4) evaluation after using (5) By practice observe and survey of interview, I could realize the main requirement when old people is walking. In accordance with the questionnaire survey to get the research and result, I wish the researcher’s evaluation after using assistant tools can help entrepreneur to sale suitable assistant tools and assess the old people to learn that conveniently.
