    Abstract: 靈性健康所涵蓋的範疇包含生理、心理、社會等多方面的健康指標，可說是全人境界、整合性健康的表徵，亦是當前國際組織和社會定義健康的新整全概念。本文以高齡化社會現象為背景，除了提出靈性健康對高齡者的重要性以及助益性外，也提出「以音樂療育為手段、促進高齡者靈性健康為目標」的概念，希冀藉由音樂療育相關文獻探討及施作，讓音樂合理成為促進高齡者靈性健康的媒介；並探討音樂療育與高齡者靈性健康之間的關聯性和操作性，以緩解高齡化社會帶來的衝擊，提升高齡者的自我成長效能與健康指標。
    Spiritual health covers the physical, psychological, and social health indicators; it is a holistic realm that integrates health representation, and is a new holistic concept of international organizations and socially defined health. With the ageing social phenomenon as the context, this paper proposes the importance and conduciveness of spiritual health on elderly, and suggests the idea of “using music therapy as the means to promote the spiritual health of the elderly as the objective”. It is hoped that the review of literature on music therapy can make the music a medium that promote elderly spiritual health, and discuss the correlation and operability between music therapy and elderly spiritual health, in order to alleviate the impact of the ageing society, and enhance the self-growth efficiency and health indicators of the elderly.
