The terminology of"Social enterprises" has been discussed through the world, particularly the transfer from social sector to social enterprises. Implementation of corporate social responsibility is a prerequisite for enterprises to develop sustainability. In order to solve high unemployment rate and social isolation problems, enterprises begin to explore the nonprofit field. In this situation, enterprises collaborate with nonprofit organizations to solve social sector problems. Based on the point of social capital, the thesis focuses on the interaction of partnership between nonprofit organizations and businesses through literature analyses, qualitative researches and in-depth interviews. The subjects are one enterprise and three nonprofit organizations. The outline of these interviews is designed and analyzed by the dimension of networks, norms and trust. The incentives of network construction are interdependent resources and mutual benefits. Cooperative experience and tacit approve increase faith between nonprofit organizations and enterprises. Otherwise, frequent interactions and communication strengthen the partnership. Contracts enforce both nonprofit organizations and enterprises' code of conduct and benefit the whole organizations' operations. The thesis makes comments on these parts: networks, norms and trust. In the end, the thesis offers suggestions for future studying.
