摘要: | 研究者身為護理人員,於進入生死所研讀後,有幸遇見諸多護理工作者之前輩,發現這群護理工作者其豐富、具有獨特性的護理生涯歷程實值得探究;另外,具護理教育背景及擁有豐富護理專業經驗之護理工作者為何選擇接受生死教育之薰陶,引發研究者之興趣,亦想進一步探討護理工作者在進入生死所前後所經歷的護理生涯心路歷程,以及對其個人生命經驗看法之轉變,並深入了解護理工作者透過生死學研究課程的學習機會,助人的經驗在面對生、老、病、死時,內心又有哪些轉化及對個體生命有更深的體悟。 本研究採用質性研究方法,利用深度訪談及半結構式問卷來蒐集資料,並以敘事分析為研究取向,以「整體-內容」的分析模式呈現兩位研究參與者護理生涯歷程之探討;以「類別-內容」的分析模式針對兩位研究參與者的護理生涯歷程中面對的問題、生死所求學歷程中的成長、實踐護理照護理想目標進行歸類與整理。 本研究顯示(一)每個護理人員的護理生涯皆有其獨特性-面對衝突與問題的方式由自己決定。(二)選讀生死所繼續進修是為了解決在護理生涯中所面對的衝突與問題。(三)生死所求學過程中幫助護理工作者從面對自我、學習自我反思開始,獲得照顧自己與他人的能量。(四)生死所教育幫助護理工作者堅定護理理念,增加敏感度以看見病人行為背後的意義,並接受生命及接納自身的有限性。(五)生死所教育幫助護理工作者返回工作崗位時,落實關懷理念,達成理想照護目標。 As a nursing worker, it is my pleasure to get acquainted with those seniors who have been devoted to the career of nursing. Such issues as the various, distinctive experiences of the nursing workers, what is it about these professional and experienced nursing worker that they chose to receive the knowledge of Life and Death education have appealed to me. Accordingly, I would like to explore the psychological development and the change in life experience and attitude of a nursing worker who had studied in the department of Life and Death. In addition, my focuses also include how nursing workers make use of the opportunities and experience to learn and face the issues related to life such as birth, age, illness, and death; how they change their attitudes and what is the more profound understanding to an individual life. The study adopts qualitative research, uses depth interview as well as semi-structural questionnaire to collect the data, and then take narrative analysis as the research orientation. In addition, it provides the exploration of the nursing careers of two participants throughout the whole-content analytic pattern. Moreover, throughout the category-content analytic pattern, the study aims at the two participants' problems which they had faced in the nursing career, the growing of studying in the department of Life and Death, and the categorization and arrangement of achieving the goal of nursing. The following contents are included in this study. First, the career of every nursing worker varies from one to another--how one encounters conflicts and problems is decided on his/her own. Second, choosing the department of Life and Death is a way to solve the conflicts and problems faced in the nursing career. Third, the studying course of the department of Life and Death assists nursing workers in facing themselves, introspecting, and obtaining the energy to care for others. Fourth, the education of the department of Life and Death helps nursing workers to strengthen their ideals, increase their sensitivity so that they can understand the meaning of patients' behaviors, accept life and admit self-limitation. Last, the education of the department of Life and Death aids nursing workers to fulfill their caring ideals and achieve ideal goal in nursing when they get back to work. |
