    Abstract:   生產設計的良莠與否,對製造業的生產成本與獲利能力,存有顯著的影響。而就生產製造來說,良好的生產率是維持競爭力的重要關鍵。長久以來,生產線平衡的研究主要在討論單邊生產線的平衡問題;近年來,由於產品多樣化造成零工生產的主流時代來臨,而在廠房空間侷限下,對於多產品生產線的籌設,實有困難存在。因此,對擁有較小佈置空間的雙邊生產線需求也日益增加。有鑑於此,在有限空間下進行雙邊生產線的最適生產效率之佈置,就成為一實務上的重要問題,因此本研究提出一個考量同步作業下的雙邊生產線平衡問題之型二問題(Type II of Two-sided Assembly Line Balancing Problem with Concurrent Engineering)模式,本模式將同步工程的哲理導入雙邊生產線平衡問題之中,其主要目標在於求取最適的生產周程時間與改善整體生產線的生產效率。   本研究主要建構一個整數非線性規劃(integer nonlinear programming, INLP)數學模型來描述雙邊生產線平衡之型二問題情形,應用套裝軟體Lingo的語法將上述模式具體化,且藉由軟體內建的Global Solver作全域搜尋、運算,取得最佳解。此外,本模式藉由數值模擬在給定不同工作站數目的情況下,求取最適的生產周程時間與生產率,使製造者不致低估其生產率及高估空間使用率,以錯失獲利。
      The production design will affect the production costs and its profitability of manufacturing enterprise. A good production rate plays the important role in keeping the competitiveness for manufacturing industry. The major discussion of assembly line balancing problem is to investigate the one-sided assembly line balancing problem. The Job-Shop production becomes main streams for manufacturing industry because of the diversities of products. The diversities of products also lead the spatial problem for the deployment of multi-product production lines. Thus, the necessity of two-sided assembly line deployment is arising. Whenever the space is constrained for practical situations, the determination of optimal production rate becomes the serious problem under the fixed deploying area. Therefore, this study proposes a type II of two-sided assembly line balancing problem in considering the concurrent engineering. The proposed model applies to the theory of concurrent engineering into the two-sided assembly line balancing problem, and then aims to find out the optimal cycle time and improve the production rate.   This study mainly constructs an Integer Nonlinear Programming (INLP) mathematical model to describe the situation of two-sided assembly line, and apply syntax Lingo extended version to specifies the above model by the software built-in solving method "Global Solver" for global search, operations and obtain optimal solution. In addition, this paper is to find out the optimal cycle time and production rate of workstations for a given exemplified case to avoid the underestimation of production rate and the overestimation of occupied rate of space.
