    Abstract:   蝴蝶蘭盆花在國人的心中總是覺得高雅又高貴,似乎不是泛泛之輩可以玩賞,但由於近年來蝴蝶蘭的普及化,也使蝴蝶蘭逐漸的走向平民化、生活化,不再只是一般過年過節的送禮商品,而是融入生活當中成為家中或是公司甚至到公共空間的裝飾品。因此其款式的多樣化與商品的品質則成了各商家主要的競爭項目之一。    本研究乃採用Vensim軟體進行系統模型的建構,分析變數之間環環相扣的因果關係,以探討現有的蝴蝶蘭盆花之產銷流程,並提升蘭場優良蝴蝶蘭苗的比例,降低外購蝴蝶蘭苗數量以減少成本。此外,本研究更以Vensim軟體動態進行模擬盆花產銷流程未來可能面臨的結果。因此本研究藉由建立一系統模型,以協助政策制定者瞭解未來可能的產銷流程,並建議外購與自產苗株的最佳比例以提升盆花之品質。進而,蝴蝶蘭商品品質的提升更可使顧客的滿意度加以改善。
      Because people like the elegant and noble characteristics of phalaenopsis, phalaenopsis seems to be more and more popular in Taiwan. Today, phalaenopsis has been not only a gift for ordinary days, but a valuable present on special occasions. Meanwhile, it also becomes one of the most agreeable plants for decoration in house and public space. Due to its diversity and quality, it becomes the main competitive product in the market.   The Vensim packaged software is adopted both the establishment of system model and the analysis of cause and effect for variables to investigate the process of production and sales for phalaenopsis and hopes to increase the better quality proportion of phalaenopsis and then to reduce the purchasing cost. In addition, the Vensim software is applied to conduct the dynamic simulation of the production/sales process of phalaenopsis for dealing with the future problems. This work established a system model to help the decision maker to realize the future possible production/sales process, and then this paper not only provides the suggestion about the optimal proportion of insources and outsources to enhance the quality of phalaenopsis, but also increases the customer satisfaction.
