    摘要:   本研究以嘉義縣義消人員為研究對象,藉由探討參與動機、心流經驗與工作滿足的關係,瞭解義消人員參與救災工作的動機,是否引發心流經驗,以及對工作滿足產生影響;並針對研究結果提出建議,作為消防機關及後續研究者之參考。本研究目的為:分析不同個人背景變項之義消人員,於參與動機、心流經驗與工作滿足之差異情形。探討義消人員的參與動機與心流經驗對工作滿足之影響情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,將回收之問卷資料採用獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等方法進行檢驗。   研究結果發現:1.個人背景變項中,義消之不同宗教信仰及價值觀在參與動機上有顯著差異,其他背景變項則無顯著差異。2.個人背景變項中,義消之不同服務年資、職業、教育程度、宗教信仰、平均月收入在心流經驗上具有顯著差異,而不同之義消年齡、婚姻狀況在心流經驗上則没有顯著差異。3.個人背景變項中,義消之不同教育程度在工作滿足上有顯著差異,其他背景變項則無顯著差異。4.義消人員的參與動機、心流經驗對工作滿足具有極顯著影響。
      This study is to know the motive of volunteer firemen when they were participating disaster relief by exploring the relationship among participate motivation, flow experience and job satisfaction for volunteer firemen in Chiayi County. And the motive can cause flow experience, and have significant influence on job satisfaction, or not? According to the results of the study, the researcher makes some suggestions to Fire institution and future researchers for reference. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in participate motivation, flow Experience and job satisfaction in different individual traits, and to explore the influence from participate motivation and flow experience to job satisfaction of volunteer firemen. The researcher adopts questionnaire survey and uses the one sample T test, ANOVA, multiple regression to examine the receivable questionnaires.   The results of this study are as follows: (1) In the different individual traits, there are significant differences in religious belief and values of participate motivation for volunteer firemen, but there're not in the other individual traits. (2)There are significant differences in service period, occupation, education degree, religious belief and income of flow experience for volunteer firemen, but there're not in age and marital status .(3)There are significant differences in education degree of job satisfaction, but there're not in the other individual traits. (4)Participate motivation and flow experience have significant influence on job satisfaction.
