Abstract:	本研究的主要目的為了解家長對國民小學課後照顧的滿意情形。針對辦理國小課後照顧學校之參與學童家長進行問卷調查，共得有效問卷221份，並加以統計分析。本研究結論和建議如下：　壹、結論一、家長對國小課後照顧滿意度之看法，傾向於「極為滿意」與「大致滿意」之間。二、家長對課後照顧服務最滿意的構面是：師資與輔導；最不滿意的構面是：行政與服務。三、家長會因背景的不同，對國小課後照顧服務的滿意度而有所差異。　貳、建議一、主管機關應該制定更多的獎勵政策，鼓勵學校多開辦課後照顧服務；並利用現有資源，以補目前課後照顧服務之不足。二、學校對課程的安排可以更加的多元，使學童的學習更加豐富。三、學校可提前在寒暑假開始準備作業，開學後即可開始課後照顧服務。四、學校應安排人員巡視校園，以維護參加課後照顧學童的安全。五、學校加強環境的清潔和衛生，以維護學童的身體健康。六、家長應多關心學童的學習狀況，並對於課後照顧班老師給予肯定和鼓勵。七、未來的研究者可以尋求學校上級機關的協助，擴大研究的範圍，使家長的意見更能充分的反應出來，作為辦理課後照顧服務的改進參考。　　The main purpose of this study is to understand the satisfaction of after-school care program. A questionnaire survey by targeting on the parents whose children have participated in after-school care was carried. The findings and suggestions of this study as follows:　Findings:1. The satisfaction with the after-school care from parents tends to be around ＂very satisfied＂ and ＂satisfied.＂ 2. The parents' most satisfied point with after-school care is: teacher's qualification. The most dissatisfied point is: applying athletic activities3. The aspects that parent's most satisfied are instructor's qualification and counseling. And that parent's most dissatisfied are administration and service.　Suggestions:1. The authorities should set up more incentive policies to encourage more schools hosting after-school care and make most use of the handy resource for making up the shortage of after-school care service for the time being. 2. The school should arrange staff concerned to cruise the campus in order to take care of children's safety.3. The school administration should enhance the sanitation and hygiene of the environment in order to keep students healthy.
