Abstract:	本研究主要目的，主要在探討藉由蜜棗的轉作，環境改變，國外水果的入侵等，探討蜜棗的產銷與地方關係，如何與在地經濟活動結合？發展觀光果園帶動週邊產業的發展，利用在地優勢對抗WTO世貿易組織對傳統農業的衝擊，期盼能提升農民較佳經濟收入與生活品質，使地方聚落能永續發展。　　　研究的方法，主要依研究地區實際訪查、蜜棗觀光果園相關資源調查與分析、觀光果園與地方的內涵、觀光果園的核心價值及觀光果園的發展歷程等方向，探討整個農業的人力資源、換工制度、產品產銷及地方的關係。
