    摘要:   本研究旨在探討家長與教師管教方式與學生學習態度之關係。為達上述研究目的,採用質性研究中的深度訪談,立意取樣選取雲林縣某一所國小六年級學生為研究對象,並從中挑選七位學生及其家長、導師為主要訪談對象。透過在學習態度上父母管教方式與教師管教方式的比較,試圖探究親師管教方式異同與學生學習態度之間的影響。   本研究主要結論如下:一、「家庭社經地位」和「子女性別」都會造成父母採取不同的管教方式,而使子女產生不同的學習態度。二、「學生性別」、「教師性別」及「教師期望」會影響教師採取不同的管教方式,並造成學生學習態度的不同。但當教師的期望較低時,對原本學習態度較積極的學童來說,兩者之間並無顯著差異。三、在親師一致性的專制型管教方式下,學童呈現較積極的學習態度。四、當親師間的管教方式不一致時,學童在學校與在家裡的學習態度會有所不同。   根據上述結論,爰提以下幾點建議:一、 家長應積極參與孩子的學習。二、 家長應自我充實並與學校教師相互配合。三、 教師宜採取開明權威的管教方式為佳。四、 教師應重視學生的個別差異。五、 未來研究方向可擴及至其他校或縣市,並採不同的研究方法,更可瞭解城鄉學童學習態度之差異情形。
      The exploration is mainly to study the relation among Parents and teacher discipline style and students' learning attitude.In order to achieve the above mentioned purpose,I use the style of the detailed interviews and select randomly the example of some 6 grade elemtenary school students in Yun-Lin County as studying objects. Of them,I pick up 7 students along with their parents and homeroom tearcher to conduct the detailed interviews.Through the comparison in their learning attitudes between parenting style and teacher discipline style, we are going to study the influence between the differences of parents and teachers discipline style and students' learning attitude.    The conclusion is mainly as below:1."Social class of the family"and "Children's gender"are all forced the parents to take different discipline style and thus, to make their children have different learning attitude. 2."Students' gender","Teachers' gender"and "teachers' expectations"will all influnce teachers to take different discipline style and thus,to make their students have different learning attitudes. But when teachers' expections are comparatively lower,there is no obsolutely different between them toward the children originally with more aggressive learning attitudes. 3. Children will show more aggressive learning attitude under parents and teachers' consistently autocratic discipline style.4. When discipline style between parents and teachers is different, children's learning attitude will be accordingly different between at school and at home.    Based on the above conclusion, I would come up with the below suggestions:1. Parents are supposed to participate into children's learning aggressively. 2. Parents are supposed to flesh themselves out and coopearte with teachers. 3. Teachers are suuposed to adopt more broad-minded discipline style. 4. Teachers are supposed to emphasize students' individual difference. 5. The direction of the futuristic studying can be expanded to other schools or counties and take different ways of studying in order to realize more about the differences between children's learning attitude.
