有別於傳統文獻,本篇文章將總電力消費分解成工業部門電力消費與住宅部門電力消費來探討其對國內生產毛額之線性與非線性因果關係。由線性的因果關係顯示,總電力消費、工業部門電力消費與實質國內生產毛額具有雙向的因果關係,然而住宅部門電力消費與實質國內生產毛額具有中立性。在考慮到非線性的因果關係下,發現總電力消費仍然與實質國內生產毛額具有雙向的因果關係,然而住宅部門電力消費受到實質國內生產毛額影響的單向關係。據此,在追求經濟成長為總體目標之下,政策制定者可以對住宅部門用電加以限制,然而限制工業部門的電力消費應謹慎評做之。 Different from traditional papers, this article will divide total electricity consumption into industrial department electricity consumption and living department electricity consumption to discuss the linear and non-linear causality relationship between electricity consumption and real GDP. Linear causality relationship showed total electricity consumption and industrial department electricity consumption had bi-directional causality with real GDP, but living department electricity consumption had neutrality with real GDP. Under the consideration of non-linear causality relationship, we found total electricity consumption still had bi-directional causality with real GDP, but living department electricity consumption only had uni-directional causality with real GDP. According to this conclusion, under the whole purpose of economic development persuading, policies maker can impose restriction on living department electricity, but should impose restriction on industrial department electricity carefully.
