本篇文章探討了當反恐支出增加之後，對於經濟成長率跟社會福利的影響。結果顯示:(1).反恐支出的增加將會使經濟成長率無法達到最高;(2).從社會福利最大的觀點來看，政府應該把財政預算分配到反恐支出上。這結果也為美國政府在最近這幾年持續的反恐行動提出理論支持。 This paper examines the effects of increasing antiterrorism expenditure on economic growth rate and social welfare.The result includes two part. (i). The spending of antiterrorism expenditures will not maximum the economic growth rate.(ii). Form the perspective of maximum social welfare, we suggest that the government should allocate its budget to antiterrorism expenditure.The results offer a theoretical support for the action of the U.S government intends to uphold their antiterrorism actions in recent years.
