    摘要: 　　近年來區域經濟的快速發展，原來分散的、低效率和高成本的物流活動轉化成物流資源互補整合、相互聯繫、分工協作的產業鏈條，形成以供應鏈管理為核心的社會化物流系統。現代物流就是通過倉儲、運輸、配送等全面綜合管理，令整個物流過程縮短時間及減低成本，故現代物流在商業營運流程的地位更為重要。然而要想在市場上獲得成功，僅僅以正確的價格提供正確的產品是不夠的，物流對於公司在市場的成功與否是至關重要的。荷蘭是位於歐洲市場的中心，優良的海港與空港設施，且具有超完美的物流管理。除此之外，全球第一大的花卉拍賣中心及花卉物流皆在荷蘭，本研究採用歷史分析法與文獻分析法，從物流系統、供應鏈管理及物流配送機制等來進行研究，並針對特定荷蘭業者，了解其當地物流的運作概況。藉此了解面積不大的荷蘭小國，如何完美的運用物流系統而成為全世界第一的花卉出口王國。
    　　In recent years, the region's rapid economic development, the original scattered, low efficiency and high cost of logistics activities into integrated logistics resources complement each other, mutual contacts and cooperation division of industrial chain, to form a supply chain management as the core of the socialization of logistics system. Modern logistics is through warehousing, transportation, distribution and so on comprehensive management of the entire logistics process to shorten time and reduce costs, it is modern logistics for the operation of the status of the process is more important. However, in order to succeed in the market, just to the right price and right product is not enough, I believe that the logistics for the company's success in the marketplace is essential. The Netherlands is located in the center of the European market, excellent seaport and airport facilities, and has a super-perfect logistics management. In addition, the world's largest flower auction center and flowers logistics are in the Netherlands, this study used historical analysis and documentation analysis, from logistics systems, supply chain management, logistics and distribution mechanism to conduct research, and specific Dutch industry to understand the logistics of the operation of its local profile. To learn about the small size of the Netherlands, how to use the logistics systems perfectly to become the first flower export kingdom in the world.
