Abstract:	以何長珠帶領的家族系統排列團體為研究主體，梳理海寧格家族系統排列之理論基礎及背景脈絡，以期建立本土的操作模式；並自YALOM療效因子之角度，由13位參與一學期排列的團體成員中，取五位志願者為研究對象，蒐整其於排列後，針對12個半結構性問題所回答之文稿為研究文本；再借用敘事分析之整體形式與類別內容分析，進行跨個案的綜合分析討論。研究發現：一、家族系統排列之主要團體療效因子包括：家庭情境重現、情緒宣洩、人際學習與自我了解等項。二、家族系統排列可在極短時間內(通常一次是3 小時)，達到一般心理治療團體需長期運做才可到達之療效，且更具時間與經濟效益。顯示家族系統排列是一個更具效益的團體治療模式。三、家庭系統排列能呈現隱藏的家庭動力，包含：父母上一代的影響及干擾、母子之間過於親近依靠的問題、超越世代間看不見的忠誠(認同)。四、家族系統排列之作法可創造出一種神聖空間，以靈性治癒靈魂，和解個人及家庭的未竟事務。五、靈魂及靈性的議題，目前仍罕見於學術界公開討論，透過此研究，可見其力量和現象的確存在。因此，建議視之為具有潛力的創新療法，值得多予研究。　　Taking C.C.Ho's Taiwan family systemic constellations as a research topic, the primary goal of this study is to investigate its effect as a form of group therapy, also, to explore the theoretical background so to establish a comprehensive platform for subsequent researches. After interviewing 5 volunteers out of 13 participants, data drawn from 12 semi-structural questions were collected over their one semester experience and narrative analysis were adopted to perform cross-case analysis and discussion. The findings of the study are:1.The major group therapeutic factors of family systemic constellations are the recapitulation of the primary family group, emotional catharsis, interpersonal learning, and finally, the increasing self-awareness. 2.Within a short period of time (usually 3 hours in one session), family systemic constellations can achieve the same effects as those of general group psychotherapy do, yet required less time and money. It implies the emergence of a more effective module of this field.3.Family systemic constellations can reveal the hidden family dynamics, which includes the interference of parents, the problem of excessive intimacy, and invisible loyalty crossing over generations.4.The approach of family systemic constellations can create a 「sacred space」for spirituality to solve the unfinished affairs to reach the reconcilement.5.Up to now, it is still rare for the opening discussion of soul and spirituality in the field of academic world; however, this study proves the existence of those forces and phenomenon. Therefore, suggests a potential innovation of today's therapeutic module, and deserves making more researches in future.
