Abstract:	本篇論文研究旨在探討一位長期使用呼吸器脊椎側彎青年，從小歷經不斷開刀的過程，面對疾病帶來的身體心像改變、疾病造成的身心障礙問題，探討自我與社會系統的衝突導致生理、心理、社會層面的影響。並深入其心理世界，探究其面臨死亡威脅的焦慮以及存在孤獨與意義。研究者採用敘事研究，以訪談的資料為主，進而推展文獻資料與分析，以「雙足」故事貫穿全文。　　　研究結論發現：一、以本研究而言，彎曲五十五度的身體：(一)在身體層面：疾病的過程不僅影響身體外在與內在系統，反映在生理層面的是疼痛與神經痛不定時侵襲，進而影響睡眠、飲食、日常活動。(二)在心理層次問題：因身體心像改變，容易在意他人的眼光、凡事低調以不引起他人注意，擔心自己的樣子不敢輕易踏出自我設限的圍牆；面臨無法掌控的病情，無法預測性讓人沒有控制感與安全感。(三)在社會層次問題：文化環境的改變、面臨成長社會角色賦予新的期待，因身體的障礙限制無法執行其角色功能，帶來的是挫折感與無力感，與人們社交越少、與社會脫節越大，變成依賴人口，影響經濟。　二、當人處在不認命的人生中，不自覺發揮潛意識為自己解決痛苦的來源以及尋找其生存的動力，是一種為求生存的自主本能表現，掌握改變的力量。　三、當人面對苦難時，重新找到支持生命繼續存活的力量，經由痛苦意義轉換與進入生活的改變，真正從痛苦中解脫，轉而珍惜經歷過的遭遇與體驗，把握身邊的人、事、物，活出全新的自我，進而找到生命存在之意義。　　The theme of the article that discuss Scoliosis adolescents has used respirator for a long time, when he suffered constantly operations, faced body image, mental influenced questions via his sickness. Through these processes of conflict, makes a great impact on him. Take us research and realize meaning of death anxiety loneliness. 1. The content is narrative by the research adopt survey; the “feet” is the core of the essay.a. In terms of physical range, a fifty-five angle spinal scoliosis of body The illness process not only affect physical and mental body, but also reflect a siege of illness in mental, more even influence sleeping, ordinary life.b. In terms of mental range, As a result of body image change, in order not to catch other’s eyesight easily as a result of minding eyes from others, self limitation in self mental, worry about illness under control, unpredictable situation.c. In terms of social range,Environmental variability, facing social role bring newly expect, as physical limitation can’t play self function. Social relationship interaction made a great impact on economics.　　　2. For surviving in social, the power of your subconscious mind instinctively again destiny.　　　3. After tribulations, cherish everything around you, find strength of supporting life, and extricate self from sufferings. And you can find yourself newly, receive life value.
