本研究的目的旨在探討一位國小肢體障礙教師在童年時期、求學時期、情感婚姻、就業過程等生命歷程,其生命過程中所面對的挑戰,以及跨越挑戰的關鍵因素。本研究採用質性研究中的敍事研究方法。訪談內容以故事的方式呈現,並透過敍事分析的方式,以期瞭解肢體障礙教師在生命的過程中所面對的挑戰,以及跨越挑戰的關鍵因素。茲將研究研果歸納如下:一、在困頓的環境中展現強韌的生命力二、能接納障礙事實,實踐己身的生命意義三、生命挑戰主要來自個人、家庭、社會三方面四、克服自身的障礙是成功的第一步 最後,研究者根據研究結果,針對肢體障礙者、肢體障礙者家庭、學校、社會與未來的研究提出建議。 This research's goal is for the purpose of discussing a elementary school teacher with body barrier in life courses in childhood time, studying time, emotion marriage, employment process, in its life process faces challenge, as well as spanning challenge key aspect. This research uses in the narrating studies. The interview content presents by the story way, and penetrates the narrating analysis , by the time understood the challenge of the body barrier teacher` s who faces in the life process, as well as the key aspect of the spanning challenge .The results of the study to be as follows:1.
