    Abstract:   本研究以彰化縣國小教師為施測對象,有效樣本553份,男女樣本比為1:2。研究方法採問卷調查方式,進行量化分析,經項目分析後修改蔡明昌編製之「大學生來生信念量表」、嚴景惠編製之「大學生宗教信仰問卷」及自編器官捐贈意願及認同問卷為國小教師施測工具,將填答資料進行分析討論後,獲致結論如下: 一、教師傾向相信來生,重視因果報應,認為死後來生將轉換為其他能量。二、教師傾向信奉民間信仰,參與宗教活動的頻率偏低,肯定宗教教化存在的價值。三、教師具有高器官捐贈意願與高器官捐贈認同,具有正向的生命態度。四、教師來生信念、宗教信仰與器官捐贈意願及認同不會因性別與最高學歷的不同而有所差異。五、教師宗教信仰會因年齡的不同而有所差異,而教師來生信念與器官捐贈意願及認同不會因年齡的不同而有所差異。六、教師來生信念與宗教信仰會因婚姻狀況的不同而有所差異,而教師器官捐贈意願及認同不會因婚姻狀況的不同而有所差異。七、國小教師來生信念與其器官捐贈意願及認同之間有顯著相關。八、國小教師宗教信仰與其器官捐贈意願及認同之間有顯著相關。
      The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among afterlife beliefs, religious beliefs and the willingness and the identity of organ donation. In order to achieve the purpose mentioned above, a questionnaire survey method was conducted, 553 elementary school teachers completed three questionnaires.The analysis of the data revealed the following main conclusions: 1. The teachers intended to believe the afterlife and the retributive justice. They also believe that people will transform into other kind of energy in afterlife.2. The teachers intended to believe the folk religious, but they seldom attend the religious activities.3.The teachers had higher willingness and identity of organ donation.4. The afterlife beliefs, religious beliefs, and the willingness and identity of organ donation of the teachers didn't differ from different genders or educations.5. The religious beliefs of the teachers differed from their ages, but the afterlife beliefs and the willingness and identity of organ donation didn't differ from different ages. 6. The afterlife beliefs and the religious beliefs of the teachers differed from different marriage situations, but their willingness and identity of organ donation didn't differ from different marriage situations. 7. A significant correlation was found between the teachers' afterlife beliefs and the willingness and identity of organ donation.8. A significant correlation was found between the teachers' religious beliefs and the willingness and identity of organ donation.   Based on the findings, suggestions were advanced for college students, universities, educational organizations, and further studies were recommended.
