摘要: | 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣市國民中學兼任行政工作教師工作壓力、工作倦怠與工作效能之關係,並依據研究結果提出具體建議,作為減低行政人員工作壓力與倦怠,提升教師工作效能之參考。本研究先經由文獻分析結果,歸納出學校行政人員工作壓力五個層面、工作倦怠三個層面及工作效能四個層面,並依據參考文獻編製「國民中學兼任行政工作教師工作壓力、工作倦怠與工作效能調查量表」,以嘉義縣市國民中學之主任、組長為調查對象,蒐集嘉義縣市國中行政人員工作壓力、工作倦怠與工作效能關係之資料。 本研究共發出300份問卷,實際回收282份,有效樣本269份,分別進行信、效度分析、描述性統計、單因子變異數分析與多元迴歸分析等方法,進行調查資料的統計分析。 綜合文獻分析及問卷調查結果,本研究結論如下: 一、嘉義縣市國民中學兼任行政工作教師對工作壓力的感受上,屬於中等程度。在工作倦怠的知覺上,屬於中上程度,在工作效能的知覺上,屬於中下程度。二、不同性別、服務年資的嘉義縣市國民中學兼任行政教師在工作壓力的感受上,有顯著差異。三、不同性別、婚姻、行政年資的嘉義縣市國民中學行政教師在工作效能的知覺上,有顯著差異。四、嘉義縣市國民中學行政人員工作壓力對工作效能具有預測力。 This research aim at the relation that inquire into the administrator in Junior high school in Chiayi the job stress, burnout and the job efficacy , and as a result put forward concretely suggesting according to the research, be to turn down administrator's operating load, the reference that promote the job efficacy.This research first analyzes the result through the cultural heritage, inducing the administrator in the school of five levels the job stress ,three levels of the job burnout and four levels of the job efficacy, and drawing up "the administrator in junior high school job stress ,job burnout and the job efficacy investigate to measure the form" according to its content, taking the director, senior clerk of the junior high school in Chiayi as to investigate the object, collecting the administrator in junior high school in Chiayi the job stress , burnout and the job efficacy relation it actually advertise for the data. This research totally sends out 300 questionnaires, physically recovering 282, the valid sample 269, difference with make firm critical ratio and Person product-moment correlation, Cronbach alpha, mean, standard deviation, percentage, independent sample T-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe' Method and multiple-regression-analysis take a lot of doing more etc. method, carry on the covariance analysis that investigates the data. This research conclusion is as follows: 1. The administrator in the Junior high school in Chiayi belong to middle level towards working the feeling of the stress.Burnout at work on the perception, belong to the middle and upper level, in the perception on the effectiveness of job, belong to the middle and lower level.2. The administrator in the Junior high school in Chiayi of the different sex, the service period in the feeling of the job stress have the obvious difference.3. The administrator in the Junior high school in Chiayi of the different sex, marriage,length of administration at the work in the perception of the job efficacy have the significant difference.4.The job stress of the administrator in the Junior high school in Chiayi to the job efficacy have a prediction power. |
