    摘要:   近年來,隨著國防政策的變革與組織再造,空軍各單位主管面對國軍一波波的精實案及精進案,國軍調降總員額目標之政策下,每年除了少數的初任官補充外,幾乎是遇缺不補,各級主管如何有效運用現有人力以達成上級交付之任務,就變成刻不容緩的課題。因此,本研究主要係以空軍軍、士官為研究對象,探討主管的領導風格、工作滿意度、工作輪調、組織承諾與工作績效之間的關聯性。   本研究以參與空軍指參教育與正規高級班等6個班次實施便利抽樣。運用SPSS統計套裝軟體進行敘述性統計、因素分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等。研究結果顯示:1.單位主管領導風格對空軍軍、士官整體工作滿意度有顯著影響。2.空軍軍、士官整體工作滿意度與組織承諾對工作輪調有顯著影響。3.空軍軍、士官整體工作滿意度、組織承諾與工作輪調對整體工作績效有顯著影響。4.空軍軍、士官整體工作滿意度及組織承諾與整體工作績效間,工作輪調的中介效果不成立。   本研究依據上述研究發現,將對空軍各單位主管及未來研究者提出建議,以供其參考。
      In the recent year, as the defense doctrine of transformation and organization restoration, Air Force various units Manager the each unit of air force supervisor faces lean one and other case and aggressive case of army, the army lowers the policy of total member sum target bottom, every year in addition to the early officer of minority adds almost meet to lack not to repair, all levels supervisor how effectively make use of existing manpower to reach the mission of upper grade consignation, become an urgent topic. Consequently, this research mainly with air force non-commissioned officer for research object, inquire into the supervisor's Leadership, Job Satisfaction, organization commitment, and job rotation on job performance for in lie a variable to carry on a study.   For this reason, this study is mainly in air force continuing education and regular class the foundation study education wait for 6 numbers implement the convenience draw samples.According to the results, we have major conclusions as below:1.Leadership have obvious effect on Whole Job Satisfaction.2.Whole Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment have obvious effect on Whole Job Rotation.3.Whole Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment Whole Job Rotation have obvious effect on Whole Job Performance.4.Job Rotation not Mediating Effect of Whole Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment and Job Performance.   According to the above findings, this study proposed suggestions for Air Force various units Manager the each unit of air force supervisor andservants, and future researchers.
