本研究旨在了解嘉義縣國民小學教師捐助行為的現況、動機及影響動機的原因,並探討教師個人背景變項及學校環境變項對捐助行為動機及影響動機的原因的差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,以嘉義縣公立國民小學教師為研究對象,利用分層隨機的抽樣方式抽取38所公立國民小學,發出問卷248分,回收有效問卷215份,並將資料一一輸入電腦,利用SPSS12.0統計軟體做統計分析,研究結果顯示:一、嘉義縣國民小學教師曾有捐款經驗的比例佔97.7%,有意願參與志願性服務工作的比例為78.6%,顯示教師捐款及志願性服務的意願相當高。二、影響嘉義縣國民小學教師的捐助行為動機因素,最重要的為「獲得捐助後能有效運用」,顯示捐助者最重視受捐助者之組織或個 人之「責信度」。三、國民小學教師個人背景變項及學校環境變項在捐助行為動機量表的得分情形無顯著差異。四、擔任不同職務國民小學教師在「捐助能力因子」研究構面上達顯著差異,擔任級任教師捐助能力優於其他職務的教師。 The purpose of this research is to understand the present condition, motivation and reasons of donation by teachers in public elementary schools in Chia-Yi County and to discuss the difference of two variables: personal background of teachers and environment of elementary school in the motivation and reason of donation. The method of this research is by questionnaire survey. The teachers in public elementary school in Chia-Yi County are objects of the study. The sampling is a stratified random sampling. The results of research are as follows:1. 97.7 percent of teachers in public elementary school in Chia-Yi County have made donation and 78.6 percent have aspiration to participate in the volunteering services. This shows that the teachers have strong aspiration to donate and participate in the volunteering services.2. The most important factor that affects the motivation of donation by teachers in public elementary school in Chia-Yi County is whether the donation can be utilized effectively or not. This indicates that the accountabilities of donated organizations or individuals are the donors’ mostly concerned.3. The test of the two variables: personal background of teachers and environment of elementary school has not significant difference in the motivation scale of donation.4. The teachers who have different responsibility in the school also have significant difference in the ability of donation. The teachers that lead the class have the higher ability of donation.
