The current mainstream of physical and mental disability education have been trending to Inclusive Education, therefore there will be more and more disable students study in regular classes. It will influence most parents a lot certainly. Thus the purpose of this survey is to understand what kind of attitudes the parents with different backgrounds will have, and to explore all aspects of Inclusive Education including some affection, difficulties, and suggestions. The major research is to identify the different attitudes from different parents with varied variables, such as the age, the level of educational academic, the family average income and the agreement or disagreement of the special education service provided to their children. One of the quantitative research method, questionnaire, was designed in this project. Some findings from the research are as follows:1. In terms of age, parents with age group 31~40 have the most positive attitudes.2. In terms of academic educational level, parents graduated from high schools have more positive attitudes than those graduated from the bachelors.3. In terms of family average income, the lower family income, the higher parents’ attitudes.4. In terms of different kinds of special educational sets, parents’ who never accept any special educational service and who have accepted the talented education both have more positive attitudes than those who accept the resource class service.5. In terms of acceptance of special educational service, parents have no experience of special educational service at all have more positive attitudes than those who have accepted already. Through the scale of attitudes, the divergence distinctly varied in terms of ‘supporting measures for the inclusion of children with special educational needs’ and ‘placement’. It indicated that general parents still have different thoughts for the placement and education of children with special educational needs. Based on the above findings, the researcher specifically made some suggestions regarding effective inclusion and future studies. For the educational administrative organizations, clear related article shall be established and lectures and workshops related to special education shall be organized. On the other hand, the investigation of this special area shall be diversified.
