為了因應二十一世紀全球化的趨勢與世界各國的教改脈動,我國自90學年度起,自國民小學一年級開始實施九年一貫課程,但是九年一貫課程取消傳統的「道德」設科教學,在重要議題部分也沒有列入,品德教育被排除在正式課程之外,產生「缺德」危機。非營利組織本於公益性與志願性,為導正社會美善的風氣及傳遞正向的生命品德信念,進入校園參與品德教育的推動。 本研究以慈濟慈善事業基金會的大愛媽媽與彩虹愛家生命教育協會的彩虹媽媽參與嘉義市國民小學推動品德教育學習的情形,以質化研究取向,透過半結構式訪談、文獻分析,對非營利組織參與國民小學品德教育學習進行研究。 研究顯示,非營利組織運用學校老師開會的時間,在不排擠其他學習課程的前提下,進行故事教學活動,學校行政人員及導師,則提供行政支援,學校重要活動或是老師處理行為偏差的學生,亦會借助非營利組織志工,雙方在「配合—互補」的基礎下,屬於水平互補的協力模式,非營利組織志工提供學生楷模的學習、教導衝突解決的方式,扮演學生的重要他人,深獲學生喜愛、老師肯定及學校的支持。 根據研究結果,分別對非營利組織參與品德教育學習應注意之準則,及學校在社會力加入的同時應扮演的角色,提出個人的建議,作為非營利組織與學校協力關係建立之參考。 In response to the globalization and global educational reform in the 21 century, Taiwan has implemented Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines starting from the first grade of elementary school since 2001. However, the conventional "Ethics" curriculum was removed in Grade 1-9 Curriculum. That ethical education was excluded in the formal curriculum and important moral issues were not discussed led to the crisis of lack of conscience. In order to promote the correct moral attitudes and pass on the positive life and morality conviction, non-profit organizations stepped into the schools and got involved in the propagation of ethical education with the beliefs of promoting public welfare and voluntarism. This study is based on the analysis of ethical education learning experiences in Chia-Yi municipal elementary schools with the involvement of voluntary mothers from Tzu-Chi and Rainbow Kids Organization. The study used qualitative approach such as semi-structured interview and thorough literature review to study the effect of involvement of non-profit organizations in elementary school ethical education. Non-profit organizations applied storytelling activities without affecting formal classes. School administrative staffs and teachers offered necessary administrative support. Non-profit organization volunteers also helped in important school events and provided guidance for misbehaved students. Non-profit organizations were complementary to schools. They worked together to complete the ethical education. Non-profit volunteers served as role models for school students. They were important "others" of the students and taught students how to resolve conflict. They were loved by the students, approved by the teachers, and supported by the school. According to the research results, proposed guideline for non-profit organizations involved in ethical education and recommended role as a school when social groups came into play were brought up for the reference of future non-profit organization and school collaboration.
