摘要: | 根據Kolter(1996)指出的非營利組織發展的困境,非營利組織傳統支持的來源逐漸縮水,而造成此種捐款縮水的主要原因有三:(1)政府緊縮預算,(2)企業捐款日減,(3)聯邦法令逐漸降低對非營利組織捐款的租稅誘因。台灣隨著國內經濟的成長、社會的多元化、解嚴後人民團體法的頒佈以及國民素質不斷提升,非營利組織不斷的成立,引伸出各式各樣的社會活動不斷的蓬勃發展。 民間社會福利機構應該注重上述與再捐款相關的因素方能促使機構的捐款者再度捐款,進而成為機構的固定捐款人,而這就牽涉到機構與捐款者間關係維繫的問題,民間社會福利機構的募款者都應該知道「開發新捐款人的成本是留住既有捐款人成本的十倍」,因此民間社會福利機要如何發展與既有捐款者之間的長期關係,也就是讓多數的捐款者成為機構的固定捐款者,就變成了極為重要的課題了。 在上述背景及思考的前提下 ,本研究將焦點放在捐款者身上,由捐款者的角度,去探討受贈機構在服務捐款者的品質部分是否合宜與適當;以及對機構品牌形象的感受與體認。並運用學術界的論點及社福界的思維來分析募款工作,希望可藉此發現對實務有所助益的工作模式。 最後研究目的希望能朝以下幾個方向進行:(1)瞭解民眾對於公益捐款的意向、態度與途徑。(2)藉由大眾對於公益捐款的意向、態度與途徑的了解,提供各類型的公益團體制定正確的募款策略,促進絕大多數民眾的捐款行為。(3)希望藉由研究結果,策訂一般民眾捐款有效運用的方法與策略,讓大眾愛心捐款充分發揮在社會的公益需求上。 According to Kolter(1996), he points out the difficult position of the Non-profit organization. The support to the traditional Non-profit organization has been decreasing. The reason why it has been causing decreasing donation are 3 main reasons.(1)Government budget (2)enterprise donation reduces (3)federal law reduces gradually to the Non-profit organization donation land and other taxes cause. However, follow by domestic economic growth, society's multiplication as well as the national quality promote unceasingly. The Non-profit organizations keep establish, and evolves all sorts of social activity unceasing vigorous development. The civil society welfare activity should pay great attention above with to donate money the donor who the related factor side can urge the organization to donate money once again, then becomes the organization fixed donor, but this involves between the organization and the donor relates the maintenance the question the civil society welfare activity raises funds should know that "develops the new donor's cost is detains already has donor cost ten times", therefore how the civil society welfare confidential does develop with already has between donor's long-term relations, also lets the fixed donor who the most donors become the organization, turned the great importance the topic. In the above background, this research focus on the donor, from donor's point of view, discusses is presented as a gift the organization to serve donor's quality part whether suitable and suitable ; As well as with realizes to the organization brand image's feeling. And society the luck thought analyzes the raising funds work using academic circle's argument, hoped that may take advantage of the discovery the working pattern which has to the practice is of help. Finally the research goal hoped that can carry on toward the following several directions:(1)understands the populace regarding the public welfare donation intention, the manner and the way.(2)Because of the populace regarding the public welfare donation's intention, the manner and the way understanding, provides various types the public welfare association to formulate correctly raises funds.(3)hope because of the findings, the plan subscribes the common populace to donate money the effective utilization method and the strategy, lets the populace compassion donation full display in society's public welfare demand. |
