    Abstract:   本論文是一篇探討謝氏族人在聚落生活發展過程的地方研究,以彰化縣和美鎮埤仔頭作為主要研究場域,研究方法以收集地方的歷史文獻,舊照片蒐集等,田野調查與居民訪談,了解聚落空間的變革。本研究希望透過論文的撰寫過程為地方留下些許的資料與紀錄,以供後續相關研究之參考。   本研究內容分為五個章節。   第一章說明研究動機與方法,從地方文獻回顧及分析。   第二章則是探討謝氏先民與埤仔頭的發展,從移民渡台、落腳拓墾與遷徏至定居埤仔頭的過程。   第三章慶安宮祭祀圈的形成,謝府王爺是謝氏族人拓墾以來最主要共同信仰的保護神,透過私壇到聚落公廟-慶安宮的新建,凝聚宗族的歸屬感也建構聚落的神聖空間。並且參與台灣區奉祀謝安王公祖廟聯誼會擴大宗教文化交流。   第四章經濟變遷下的埤仔頭,先民依水圳開墾定居,多年來受時空背景衍變下,其自然環境、生活經營型態,居住空間、生活習慣,也深受影響,對於傳統養鴨、雨傘代工興衰,以及農地重金屬污染的衝擊,在在導致賴以維生的土地與產業無法繼續經營,居民被迫改業,令人憂心。    第五章結論,研究結果顯示聚落內,人與土地之間密切關係與倫理價值,對於宗族力興衰與政治力糾葛,不斷演變,期許社區居民建構的公部門-里辦公處及社區發展協會及信仰中心慶安宮管理委員會三部門密切組合,與民眾再出發共同為地方繁榮奮鬥並增進團結與認同感。
      This thesis is a study on development process of the settlement life of the Hsieh Family at Bee-ger-tou, Her-meei Town, Changhua County as the main research region; the research method is based on the collection of local historical documents and old photos, field research and interviews of the inhabitants in order to understand the changes of the settlement space. This research has the aim of keeping some documents and records of the locality, this is for the reference of future research work.   This study is divided in five chapters:   The first chapter describes the research motivation and method, based on the review and analysis of the local documentation.   The second chapter is a study of the development of the ancestors of the Hsieh Family and Bee-ger-tou, beginning from the immigration to Taiwan, earnest development and the process of settlement at Bee-ger-tou.   The third chapter describes the formation of the sacrificial offering of Qingangong Temple, the God of Hsieh family is the main protection god of the common belief from the land reclamation, through the construction of Qingangong Temple, condensing patriarchal clan's sense of belonging, as well as the holy space of the settlement. It also participates the fraternity of sacrificial offering of Hsiehwanggong Temple, expanding the religious cultural exchanges.   The fourth chapter describes Bee-ger-tou under the economical vicissitude, the ancestors have developed for settlement along the river, in the past years because of the space and time evolution, the natural environment, life state, living space, habits and customs, the life has been influenced, the decay of duck cultivation and umbrella manufacturing, as well as the pollution of heavy metal, so the land and industry cannot be operated further, the inhabitants were obliged to change their business, this is really a situation that we should worry about.   The fifth chapter is the conclusion, the research shows the intimate relationship between the people inside the settlement and the land, the continuous evolution of the prosperity and decline of the religion and the politics, with the hope of a close combination of government office, community development association and the administration committee of Qingangong Temple, together with the people to create the unity and sympathy of local prosperity.
