摘要: | 企業轉型形式多元,本研究著重如何藉由提昇設計價值面向的切入,而轉型成功之訪談企業的經驗觀點,和綜合文獻探討的各方定義,進而對研究案例進行驗證的動作,來達成本研究之目的:1.瞭解轉型成功之企業於設計價值之運用、關鍵、架構與流程。2.消費者對於運用設計價值於企業產品理念之加值認知。 由於受限於資源的不足,本研究只針對「永進木器廠股份有限公司」一家已成功運用設計價值轉型為設計產業之企業做深入訪談,分析結果能否適用其他個案需作相當保留;問卷調查的部份採用機率性的「簡單隨機抽樣」進行抽樣。 訪談彙整出設計價值於企業轉型成功之流程:1.挖掘自身知識資本與技術的支持。2.訂定自身本業為轉型主軸,附加文化、美學與哲學商業過程化獨特價值性,做設計準備。3.累積經驗與反思自有文化做設計轉架。 4.提高附加價值將設計專業化。5.增加新特色、功能、加值流程、產品服務、滿足並創造顧客需求,且完整的詮釋與傳達設計理念,發展成設計產業。6.積極與國際接軌,和全球最出色的設計人才合作,拓展國際視野。 在統計部份結果顯示,本研究案例對於運用設計產業價值於轉型的方式,對受測者而言有較高的認知程度轉型實屬成功,設計價值的五大面向「現代感」、「文化美學涵養」、「多樣性風格」、「有生活感觸」與「具附加價值」對「購買度」有強烈的相互影響力,可推論企業轉型可在設計價值層面多加著墨。本研究是可供將轉型之傳統產業的一項參考模式。 There are diverse enterprise reforms. The research focused on how to enhance the value of design towards the effects on successes of enterprise reforms, and integrating all kinds of definitions of related references. Meanwhile, the study hypotheses are proposed to test and verify as well as achieve the aim of the study:1.Understand the use, key, structure and procedure of design value towards the effects on successes of enterprise reforms.2.The cognition of consumers on exerting the design value on enterprise products. With limited resources, the research only chose the company "Macro Maison" to conduct in-depth interview. This company is a successful model that exerting the design value on enterprise reform. However, the application of this research outcome to other enterprise cases is still conservative. The questionnaire adopts the simple random sampling method. The in-depth interview summarized the process of the design value on the successful enterprise reforms:1.Explore the individual own knowledge advantage and the support of technology. 2.Set the original profession as the transforming model, and add the culture, aesthetics, philosophy commercial course unique value to make design preparation.3.Accumulate the experiences and review the own culture to make change and use of design.4.Enhance the additional value and make design specialization.5.Increase the new characteristic, function, procedure, service of goods of adding value to meet and create customers' demand. Express the idea of design completely, and develop into the industry of designing.6.Actively keeping the pace with the global trend and cooperating with the most outstanding designers in the world to expand the international vision. As the statistics result shows, exerting design value on enterprises reforms in this company's case is successful in interviewee' minds. The five dimensions of design value have strong interaction influence on purchasing. The five dimensions of design value are "modern", "ability to culture esthetics", "variety style", "has life emotion", and "added value". The result displays that the value of design on enterprises reforms can be explored further. In conclusion, the research result can provide the traditional enterprises with references. |
