    Abstract:   不論在實務或是學術研究上,各界對文化創意產業的關注正逐漸擴大,全球新經濟型態已轉變成為以創新為主之知識經濟型態,這樣新型態的產業必定要經過創業過程才能興起發展。近年來,創業研究逐漸受到重視,國內外學術期刊發表的論文亦逐年增加。然而,以文化創意產業特色為主的創業研究仍付諸闕如,缺乏一套系統性的理論模式架構。經由本研究歸納討論有關創業研究的三個主軸:人的變數、人以外的變數、以及創業過程,應用在以出版產業為例的文化創意產業中,產業的特色與這三個主軸有何關係?又有何影響?提出一套概念性的理論模式,來幫助後續研究者在學術領域中提取,及未來創業者在產業上的應用。
      The concern about the cultural originality industry is expanding gradually on the practice or the academic research, the new type of global economy has changed to rely on innovation, this new type industry must to start an enterprise to rise and development. Recently, it’s emphasis on starting an enterprise, and the published thesis on the domestic and international academic periodical increase year by year. However, the research of starting an enterprise is insufficient for cultural originality industry, lacking a systemic theory structure. Summing up and discussing three main keys that has something to do and starts an undertaking to study via this research: variables of human, variables beside human, and the process of starting an enterprise, apply to the cultural originality industry taking publishing industry as example, what’s the relationship between the industry characteristic and the three keys? What influence it has? Putting forward a conceptual theory way, to help the follow-up researcher to draw in the sphere of learning, and entrepreneur's application on the industry in the future.
