印刷廠為了永續經營,無疑的,技術人員正是印刷業最重要的關鍵因素,而技術人員的衡量有賴一套符合現狀的管理制度來正常運作,其中,相當重要的一項管理工具就是使用績效管理的機制,正確且有效的導入績效評估的運作,將使印刷業的人力因素發揮更高且更具競爭力的價值。 本研究試圖從文獻理論的探究,並進行平版印刷業界的專家訪談,再運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)設計問卷及進行問卷分析,從調查的統計資料中萃取出平版印刷業技術人員績效評估的重要構面,進而發展績效評估準則,藉此彙集出平版印刷業技術人員之績效評估指標及各類指標所佔之權重,以提供給平版印刷業參考運用。 本研究建立了平版印刷業技術人員績效評估指標之架構及權重,發現平版印刷業技術人員績效評估的第二層指標中,首重工作成果,其次為工作態度,最後則為核心職能,其中工作成果幾乎佔整體權重值的一半,可見工作成果之指標在平版印刷業技術人員的績效評估作業中是非常被重視的,尤其在強調以品質為導,服務為輔的,員工所展現出來的工作成果就是評量技術人員是否能提供符合公司要求之服務品質的主要關鍵因素。 Undoubtedly, technical staff is the key factor for the sustainable development of printing industry. There is a set of management system suitable for evaluating the performance of technical staff, in which, a very important management tool is achievements management system. Introduce achievements evaluation operation correctly and effectively will enable the human resource factor in printing industry make higher and more competitive value. This study is trying to explore from document theory and make a visit to experts in offset printing industry and then design and analyze questionnaire by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); following, pick up important factors of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry from returned statistic data and develop achievements evaluation standard; at last, work out the achievements evaluation indices of technical staff in offset printing industry and calculate the weigh of each index so as to provide a reference for offset printing industry. This study has established the structure and weigh of achievements evaluation indices for technical staff in offset printing industry, and found that in the second layer of indices of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry, the most important one is work outcome, and then is working attitude, the last one is core function; in which, work outcome occupies almost a half of overall weigh value, from which we can see that work outcome index has been attached great importance in the operation of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry. Especially for the industry that attaches importance to quality and regards service as an auxiliary factor, the work outcome of staff is the key factor to evaluate whether the technical staff can provide qualified service for company or not
