    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討生命線志工在服務過程中的學習經驗,主要目的有:1.探討生命線志工參與服務之動機,2.瞭解生命線志工服務壓力與自我調適之方法,3.探討服務學習經驗對個人之影響,4.瞭解生命線志工參與服務之後對生命意義的影響。    為達上述研究目的,研究者以訪談指引作為研究工具,方法上採質性敘說研究為取向,訪談四位服務超過20 年的生命線志工,透過敘事文本分析研究,獲得他們在服務學習過程中的種種經驗與成長,而此經驗與成長對個人的生命意義確有實質上的影響。下列六點為本研究所獲致的結論: 一、志工參與服務動機傾向於利己性,並與個人的生活境遇相關。二、助人態度轉化歷程有助於志工角色定位及提升其服務品質。三、志工調適服務挫折壓力的作法有助於持續參與服務及保持助人的熱忱。四、服務學習經驗對志工個人內在成長、教養態度、家人關係皆有正面的影響。五、志工的服務學習經歷有助個人生命意義的追尋。六、基於對志工角色認同與對機構的歸屬感,自願付出一己之力協助機構未來發展。
      The aim of this study is to discuss the lifeline volunteers service learning experience in the process of their helping others. My effort will be made on four major goals: 1. To study the motive of lifeline volunteersparticipation. 2. To realize of the influence on the meaning of life for the lifeline volunteers who join in voluntary service.3.To probe into the influences on the volunteers from their service learning experience.4.To realize the effect on the meaning of life to the lifeline volunteers.   To achieve the goals above mentioned, the researcher uses interviews as the tool and narrative study as the method to talk with four lifeline volunteershaving worked in the field for more than twenty years. Through the narrative analysis, the researcher is able to acquire their experience in the process and prove that the experience does have a substantial influence on their lives.The following six points are the conclusions of this study: 1. The motive of the volunteers initially tends to derive from their own benefits together and related to their personal life circumstances.2. The transformation of the attitude of helping others is beneficial to locate the roles of the volunteers and to upgrade the quality of their service.3. The methods for the volunteers to manage the pressure from the service are helpful for maintaining their service and enthusiasm.4. The experience of the service learning has a positive influence on individual development, parenting of attitudes, as well as familial relationship.5. The experience of the service learning helps the volunteers to look for themeaning of life.6. The sense of belongingness in the organization based upon the volunteer role identification, the volunteers are voluntarily willing to devote themselves to the development of the organization.
