    Abstract:   本研究旨在探究國小學童的情緒智力和幸福感之現況,並了解情緒智力、幸福感與背景變項的相關,最後探討情緒智力與幸福感的相關,並進一步去發現情緒智力對幸福感預測的可能性。  本研究採用分層叢集抽樣,並以高雄縣市、屏東縣之公立國民小學四年級和六年級學童為研究對象,共計發出正式問卷910份,有效問卷有886份。所使用的研究工具有二種,分別為黃資惠之「兒童幸福感量表」及陳騏龍之「情緒智力量表」。  根據資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下之結論:一、國小學童的情緒智力、幸福感普遍水準偏向正面;國小學童在自我情緒智力的能力高於人際情緒智力的能力。二、不同性別的國小學童在情緒智力總表現上達顯著差異,女生顯著高於男生;不同家庭結構的國小學童在情緒智力總表現上達顯著差異,其他顯著高於和父母同住。三、不同性別的國小學童在幸福感總表現上達顯著差異,女生顯著高於男生;不同年級的國小學童在幸福感總表現上達顯著差異,四年級顯著高於六年級;不同家庭結構的國小學童在幸福感總表現上達顯著差異,其他顯著高於和父母同住。四、國小學童的情緒智力與幸福感達正相關。五、國小學童情緒智力對幸福感有預測力。  根據以上研究結果,本研究提出對教育行政機關、學校輔導、教師以及未來研究之參考。
      The purpose of this study was to discuss the actual condition of emotional intelligence and well-being,as well as to understand the differences of different backgrounds in emotional intelligence and well-being. Finally,it explored the relationship between emotional intelligence and well-being,then further to find the probability of the prediction in emotional intelligence to well-being.     This study was based on the stratum-cluster sampling.The participants were fourth and sixth grade of the elementary school students in Kaohsiung country and city, Pingtung country. Among the 910 mailed questionnaires, 886 were valid. In order to achieve the purposes mentioned above, two questionnaires were developed in the study. Data is collected with"Children Well-Being Scale","Emotional Intelligence Scale".     The analysis of the data revealed the following conclusions:1.The emotional intelligence and well-being of the elementary school students deflect to positive. The students' personal emotional intelligence is better than interpersonal emotional intelligence.2.It has obvious difference to the elementary school students who have different gender in the whole aspects of emotional intelligence,girls are greater than boys. It has obvious difference to the elementary school students who have different family structure in the whole aspects of emotional intelligence,others are greater than live with parents.3.It has obvious difference to the elementary school students who have different gender in the whole aspects of emotional in well-being,girls are greater than boys. It has obvious difference to the elementary school students who have different grade in the whole aspects of well-being ,the fourth grade is greater than sixth. It has obvious difference to the elementary school students who have different family structure in the whole aspects of well-being,others are greater than live with parents.4.There are significant relationships between the emotional intelligence and well-being in the elementary school students.5.The emotional intelligence has the prediction for the well-being in the elementary school students.   Based upon the above studying results,suggestions are offered for the educational administration,school guidance and assistance,teachers and the future study.
