A Persistent Vegetative Stated Patient regaining consciousness is an inspiring miracle. After becoming conscious, it could be a long and difficult road for a Revived Persistent Vegetative Stated Patient to rehabilitate. However, it is a long-term physical and mental challenge for a caregiver(mother), who takes care of the patient from the beginning. By studying how a Revived Persistent Vegetative Stated Patient and caregiver revealed their resilience during the recovery process after Angel regained consciousness, we try to understand how an individual person changes his/her view of life from suffering painful experiences. This study is conducted by qualitative methods of narrative interview. The whole-content analysis was used to make participant’s story known. Followed by the category-content analysis, participant’s experiences and factors to trigger her transformation during the process of recovery were exposed. The conclusions can be drawn: The first:There are three phenomena present the recover process between the Revived Persistent Vegetative Stated Patient and the caregiver: One is based on the mother and the daughter’s wobbing relationship. Due to the call from the mother’s shadow, the guiding from Angel’s spiritual experience and the mother with Angel’s resilience of symbiosis factors affects the movement of the process. Another, the mother’s love is the bridge. The other, a symbiosis powder is toward a n individual. The second:In recover process presents five transform catalysts and they play the important converting roles. They are the changing of existential view, the growth of spiritual experience, the observation of appearance of self existed, definition the meaning of pain experience and look into the future of life. The third:The resilience is revealed by an individual takes the stimulation or conflicts from inside and outside environments, so divide them as activated resilience and pre-activated resilience. However, when pre-activated resilience contains the shadow and gains the opportunity of activation, in this way it can not be ignored the creative power of shadow transformation. The domestic research in Revived Persistent Vegetative Stated Patient and their caregivers remains limited, especially in studying their physical and mental experiences. The results concluded in this case study are believed to provide helps to other patients, caregivers and investigators.
