技職專校育成的學生應符合就業市場能力的需求。基此,系科定位與核心能力的建構是專校重要的課題。本研究旨在建構專校幼兒保育科系科MGO與核心能力指標之內容,研究設計整合演繹與歸納模式,並透過重要關係人收集研究資料,研究中採取文獻分析、德懷術、焦點團體座談與專家諮詢等方法。研究結果,系科的培育目標、核心能力與校級的精神相鏈結,並能配合兒童產業發展趨勢。另外,亦建構出系科專業與一般層面之核心能力指標,內含兒童健康照護、兒童發展輔導、兒童教學實踐、兒童福利行政、兒童產業服務、溝通表達、專業倫理、人文關懷、終身學習、多元文化等,以及三十四項指標內涵,繼之設定能力檢核標準。希冀將本研究結果提供其他專校系科做參考。 Junior college aims to nurture median level technical staffs of the nation. The students who are graduated from college should be capable of meeting industrial requirements. Therefore, it is critical subject for college to define and construct core competence of department. This study integrates deduction and induction methods, collects information through key related parties and adopts lecture review,Delphi techniquefor quantitative statistic, focus group discussion and expert consulting. Eventually this study constructs the contents of department core competence. This study links up department goaland competence with school spirit and matches industrial trend. Department MGO relation is shown in a graph. In addition, this study also constructs department core competence of both professional and general levels including 10 competence indexes(child health care、child development guidance、child teaching practice、child welfare administration、child industrial service、communication and expression、profession and morality、humanistic concern、lifelong learning、multiculturalism) and 34 contents of indexes. Thus, thereby the outcome of this article can provide specific reference for each junior college.
